We stayed in a smaller 1 bedroom apartment for 8 weeks that was very neat and clean. The kitchen had newer appliances and all of the utensils and dishes you could possibly need. Any questions we had were quickly resolved by Daniela, an excellent host. The apartment location was superb with views of both the water and the mountains. Needless to say there are scores of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance - no car required!

Thanks for a great stay in SKOL 623A BUT the windows in the front bedroom should be changed to soundproof glass. The street below is VERY noisy from the restaurants and bars emptying bottles at 4 am every morning and people screaming/singing after the bars close. The apartment is lovely, but the non soundproof windows make it hard to sleep. Your service was very good and we always love staying at SKOL. But next time we will choose an apartment facing the pool instead…

Lovely clean, bright and modern apartment. Two super modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Lovely wraparound balcony off sitting room and another sunny balcony off the upstairs bedroom with sun from sunrise to sunset. Balconies equipped with loungers and picnic table and chairs.

We enjoyed out stay a 927 SKOL. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen in well equipped. Perhaps too many appliances and not enough room for groceries as the counter space is limited. Limited cleaning supplies provided for a month long stay. Would have preferred to have someone come in and clean it once a week. No clean sheets provided for 2 weeks then they were changed every week. Did not like having to wash the sheets. The beds were ok, not overly comfortable and I had to go and buy my own pillows. However, the building is in a great location, it is very secure and clean. The space was fine when we were 2 people staying, but crowded with 4 of us. Not enough seating. I would recommend it, as the view is amazing and the balcony lovely to sit on. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were good.

For families with children I recommend block B. The apt was perfect for us. We had a beautiful view from 9th floor :)

We have just stayed in Skol 710. It is perfect for what we want. Somewhere very clean and comfortable with a fabulous shower. Central to everything we wanted. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Close to the paseo! We have had a fabulous stay, we will be back soon!

Myself & my 3 friends stayed in the Skol apartment & had an amazing holiday. The minute we opened the door to this apartment we were in heaven - the view was absolutely AMAZING & breath taking. We had an incredible stay here, the apartment was immaculately clean, everything worked perfectly, right on the beach & the promenade so no hassle at all. Also overlooking the beautiful swimming pools. We were a lovely 10 minute walk to Orange Square. The transfer taxi organised both ways to the airport was the icing on the cake. Lovely apartment complex in a a very central location. The apartments are on the beach front, close to restaurants, shops and only a short walk to the old town. Great scenic views from the lovely balcony. The host Danielle was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.
