Skol apartments are situated in the most central part of Marbella right on the seafront. The pools and gardens are very well maintained and the cafe/restaurant/bar is excellent. All the apartments I have been in are clean and well appointed.

Plus que correct pour le prix appart tous équipés avec de belles chambres vue sur mers est montagne 🗻 Petit fuite dans la cuisine mes rien de grave Propre femme de ménage inclus tous les jou qui change les draps et range mais bien sûr ne pas en abusés 😅 par respect évidemment Problème niveau piscine transat les transats son payant 3€ la journée la journée avec un matelas impossible de ce poser dans l'herbe avec la serviette au risque de ce faire jeter pr les agents petites astuces dans l'appart il y avait 2 chaise longue pliable donc juste à les dessendre et les ramener en bas au bord de la piscine Je pense que je reviendrai

Spent a wonderful week in the Skol in May. Our studio 503 had the best view, very modern with a great bathroom , kitchen and living space it has excellent wifi and a smart TV. The Skol is so convenient to the beach and restaurants.We have been returning for years. Daniela was amazing as always I had to cancel the trip a few times and she was really great on exchanging information about the changing restrictions plus A good tip is to follow her on Instagram she gives you a real live feel how life is in Marbella. I would recommend hands down to stay in the Skol. Special thanks to Daniela’s Mum too. See you very soon. Kind regards Jennifer

Muy bien situado y buenas vistas. El apartamento que estuvimos era un duplex. Muy chulo pero muy viejuno. Parece que la gente solo valora ubicación y vistas. El check out muy mal. Tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos porque la oficina abre a las 10. Es decir, si tienes que salir pronto o coger un avión, lo tienes que hacer a partir de las 10. No tiene sentido.

Wij verbleven in de zomervakantie van 2020 twee weken in appartement 927 van Skol Apartments. De fantastische ligging direct aan de mooie boulevard en het adembenemende uitzicht zijn de grootste pluspunten van dit appartement. De afwerking is redelijk eenvoudig, maar het appartement is volledig uitgerust voor wat betreft keukengerei, handdoeken, etc. Airco werkt perfect. Na een week wordt het bedlinnen verwisseld. Let er wel op dat de appartementen in het Skol complex van particuliere eigenaren zijn, waardoor het niveau van inrichting en staat van onderhoud erg kan verschillen. Het complex als geheel is in redelijk tot goede conditie, hier en daar is wat klein onderhoud nodig maar de tuin is mooi en goed onderhouden en er zijn twee fijne zwembaden. Ligbedjes kun je huren voor twee euro per dag. Er is ook een restaurantje, dat prima lunches serveert voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Wij werden begeleid door Daniela van Skol Appartments en dat is zeer goed bevallen. Of je nu met een vraag appt, mailt of belt, je hebt meestal binnen een paar minuten antwoord en de mensen van Skol zijn aanwezig op het complex. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen en we kunnen deze organisatie echt aanraden.

Fantastic stay in a superb location. Lovely spacious apartment, ideally suited on the first floor to avoid the need for any lifts. Balcony is a lovely size and used daily and the view of the sea and gardens from the main bedroom was a delight! Daniela was extremely welcoming upon arrival and made herself available for any needs we may have. We will be back 😀

daniela is great and helps wherever she can and the apartment is beautiful. very close to the beach. many restaurants nearby and supermarket. best place in marbella. we will only book through daniela because we can trust her the internet is very fast and television has all channels, including movistar movies

It was a beautiful holiday! Perfect location with a see view, right on the beach. Apartment was nice and quiet (132/117) . Super host Daniela is always helpful. Thanks to her assistance my time in Marbella was more pleasant than I expected.

Superfijn penthouse, perfecte locatie, groot balkon met zon vanaf de ochtend, dus lekker koffie drinken in het zonnetje, Met lekker uitzicht op zee/haven, altijd wat we zien. Uitgerust met eettafel en relaxstoelen. Penthouse is goed uitgerust, met vaatwasser, wasmachine, tv op elke kamer, AC in elke kamer, ook in beide badkamers. Twee grote zwembaden aanwezig in riante tuin. Als het even te fris is aan zee, kun je hier perfect liggen, uit de wind! Met gratis gebruik van matrasje’s voor de ligbedden. Communicatie liep ook erg soepel, reageerde snel en behulpzaam. Zou hier de volgende keer direct weer boeken! Hebben nooit hoeven wachten op een lift. Zelfs in corona tijd! Hebben, dankzij dit appartement/penthouse, een top vakantie gehad.

We had a lovely week in this apartment with superb view of the sea. The terrace is large. Apartment 117 is located on 1st floor, it is rather small and furniture is old, but very comfortable. We felt like home. Only one thing is the cleaning standart.

The Skol building is our favourite one in Marbella thanks to outsanding location: frontbeach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, one-of-the kind : location with astonishing vew !! Daniella & Vincenzo who manage the building are very reliable agents, always trying to satisfy their clients! We were directly delighted by their service. We now come back each year ;-) The apartments are clean, well equiped at a good price. Daniella & Vincenzo are flexible regarding arrivals and departures and are very good organized ! A must seen !

Une vue à couper le souffle ! Pied sur mer, en plein centre de Marbella, emplacement juste parfait. L'hôtel par contre est moyen, réception pas du tout accueillante, personnel bizarre. Mais il dans l'appartement vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin : Wi-Fi, lits doubles, télévision, des réfrigérateurs très spacieux, une lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, cuisinière, toute sorte d'ustensiles de cuisine, bouées de piscine, absolument tout. Ça reste quand même un hôtel très beau.
