We stayed at the Central Modern Loft near Beach. Great apartment, well situated near public transports, the beach and the old town. The hosts are very professionals and reachable. They helped us in the blink of an eye with any situation and gave great recommendations.

The apartment was on the 6th floor on A block looking to wards the west over the gardens and pool, it was a perfect place to stay. We had great views from the balcony and being up high you could study the plants in the gardens which were really a picture. The bed was very comfortable and planty of extra bedding if required, all electrical fittings were top quality-ftjdge/freezer,washing machine. cooking facilities etc. The Skol is in a perfect location on the front with direct access to the wall way along the front of the beaches both to the harbour and Puerto Banos a great place to stay for a perfect holiday in a great place and location!!

Absolument génial, très bel appartement, prestations au top. Personnel très sympa à deux pas du centre ville qui est de toute beauté bref je recommande sans aucun problème

Just returned from a 5 night stay in studio apartment 223 Skol. Beautifully refurbished, well equipped, spotlessly clean apartment. We arrived late at night, a couple of small issues on arrival which were promptly resolved first thing the next day. Ideal choice for 2 people, we found it a bit small for 3 of us, but having said that we had a great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Daniela & Vincenzo again, they have responded to all emails promptly.

Ticks all the boxes really. Great apartment, spacious, clean, well appointed. Been to these apartments a few times. Value for money. Location second to none. Well run and has a great poolside cafe and bar daily.

We have just stayed in Skol 710. It is perfect for what we want. Somewhere very clean and comfortable with a fabulous shower. Central to everything we wanted. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Close to the paseo! We have had a fabulous stay, we will be back soon!

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem toll modernisierten Appartement A623 mit traumhaften Blick in den Sonnenaufgang. Zwei neue Bäder (WC und Dusche) sind Luxus! Kleiner Nachteil: der Schall wurde sehr gut nach oben getragen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt (vor allem der Garten), die Rezeptionisten waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, Die stets freundlichen Ansprechpartner (Daniela und Vincenzo) waren immer erreichbar und haben immer schnell geholfen.
