Flott toppleilighet med alt. Fantastisk vestvendt utsikt over havet og Marbella. Rett på stranden. Kun noen 100 meter til gamlebyen. Flott hage med tre bassenger. Rent og ryddig. Harde senger på det ene soverommet og kun 2.15 takhøyde i begge etasjer. Kan absolutt anbefales for fire.

This particular apartment was not up to standard. As a duplex with floor to ceiling windows and the bedroom on a mezzanine platform there was no way to block out the light overnight from the ground floor. The banisters on the upper level were very low and made us feel nervous about falling over the top. The bathroom is extremely dated with a very old bath and shower curtain with the toilet badly orientated. There is a downstairs toilet but this is so small it is almost impossible to use. There is no oven. Also very annoying is the fact that sunbeds are not made available until 10.00. The time was 09.30 in 2019, this changed to 10.00 in 2021 due to "additional COVID protocols" but has not reverted despite no COVID protocols being done now. Queues start from before 08.00 and the earliest you can secure a bed is 10.20 which is far too late.This is a shame as the Skol is a great place to spend a holiday and we intend to return but these issues could and should be resolved

Having stayed at the Skol a number of times over the years, it remains, in our opinion, the best location in Marbella. The view from our balcony along the coast to port Banus is fabulous. the Skol has three pools, perfect for your children and adults and plenty of sunbeds and cafe. Step out of the garden gate onto the promenade and wonderful sandy beach. Fofteen minutes walk away is the quaint old town. add to that the fantastic weather and Daniela's super service, the Skol wins every time. Thank you both again, Hugh and Barbara Phillips

What can I say about this special place ? I have stayed in four Apartments in Skol in total . Each one has been modern , clean, comfortable and safe . I even stayed on my own for a period and I felt safe and secure . There’s a lock on every door and there’s security 24/7.The pool is fabulous and the cafe in the complex is great . Daniella and Vincenzo are fantastic. They are helpful and most importantly great craic . I plan on holidaying in Skol every year until I can afford my own sea view apartment there . An absolute gem of a place in the beautiful Marbella right on the beach’s doorstep surrounded by restaurants and bars .

We stayed at Skol for the week of our wedding and it was amazing. The amenities were great and Daniella and Vincenzo were so helpful with everything. They organised all of our guest's accommodation and helped with absolutely everything from Taxis to room changes. They were so accommodating. They helped us arrange a lot of the wedding organisation too, from getting all the guests onto buses to flowers and photography. All of our guests want to go back to Skol for a holiday.

I stayed here from 13-21 June 2022. Room was exactly as seen in photos. Very clean, quiet AC and high quality appliences, great view The room would get 5 stars on its own, accomodation is on the promenade with steps to the beach. I was told that Daniela and Vincenzo were great by a few separate sources before arriving but they absolutely blew my expectations away. Even if I didn't like the accomodation (whitch I do, it was fantastic) I would not go anywhere else in the Marbella area because of these guys. Just back from another 2 week holiday staying @ the Skol Apartments. Best spot in Marbella. Beach right outside the door & the old town a 10 min walk. Great restaurants & beautiful walks nearby. I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Perfect communication throughout. Appartment clean, needed additional pillows and this was provideded pretty much immediately, nothing felt like a bother to them. Would highly recommend. Have stayed in other apartments in the SKOL Complex through a well known alternative and can definitely say these apartments are of much better standard and the service isn't even comparable. Thank you

We had an amazing holiday at Skol apartments. We loved the apartment, it was perfect for us, beautiful sea view, huge balcony and everything that we needed for our stay in our very much loved Marbella. The pools were perfect and so close to our favourite beach where we spent our days, best restaurants just right there too, love and miss it all. Can't wait to get back again, and we will! One of the best summer places we've stayed in. Daniela, the manager was paying attention to every detail to make everything smooth from the first day reservation until the day of the check out. Needless to say, the view, the pool, the ocean, the place is just Amazing.

La localización del apartamento es muy buena, tienes restaurantes al lado y la playa a 1 minuto, pero no lo recomiendo por qué la playa esta sucia, además de que el personal deja mucho que desear, tanto en recepción como la camarera del bar. Si quieres ir a la piscina, al parecer tienes que estar espabilado ya que todas las hamacas están reservadas con toallas puestas por encima desde por la mañana, por lo que no puedes estar en ella. Pedimos ya que la experiencia no ha sido tan buena como nos pensábamos, que por favor pongan muestras de jabón etc en el baño, ya que tampoco hay. Y que además consideren de algún modo el trato al cliente ya que deja mucho que desear.

Very clean and fab apartment. Everything you needed in the studio 217A for your holiday. In an excellent location. So handy to resort front, bars and restaurants. Fab corner balcony with great views out to sea and watch world go by. Would go back.

Reluctantly giving 3 stars as we had such high expectations… to start on a positive the location is second to none, pool area is stunning , pool staff including life guards are so friendly and the pool gate leading to the front promenade is brilliant. The downfall was the apartment itself. Although it has everything you need including a kitchen, washing machine and fridge freezer, it was very disappointing. We found we didn’t want to walk without shoes on because of the amount of ants especially on the balcony , the sheets when we arrived had a stain , the washing machine was producing the most horrific smell to the point we had to lock the door of the room to contain it, when we asked someone to have a look , 24 hours later, someone arrived and sprayed some air freshener and left. Although it is self catering I don’t think it is too much to ask to have fresh sheets and towels delivered .. especially during a 9 night stay. We had to make contact to get fresh towels delivered on day 5. The overall feel of the apartment was dirty. The shower rusted with mould on the roof, couch covers stained as-well as an ant infested balcony. We had built up rubbish as to be expected and had to just pile it at the front door because there was nobody around to collect it. For the price we paid per night .. it was very disappointing. Thankfully the location and pool are so good we didn’t spend anymore time in the apartment than necessary.

El apto está muy bien situado y las vistas son estupendas, está bastante bien, excepto la limpieza que deja mucho que desear. La piscina un poco sucia, solo puedes estar si tienes tumbona (no se puede estar sentado en el césped ni utilizar tú silla). Hay que coger colchón para la tumbona, que hay que pagar y además para cogerlo tienes que hacer cola todos los días de 20'. Al final solo lo utilizan los extranjeros. Las personas que están al cuidado de la piscina, incluido el socorrista, están más pendientes de quitar los colchones de las tumbonas. Para así sacar más dinero.

We stayed with the 5 of us in the apartment. We had enough space, it was fully equipped. Skol apartments are situated downtown Marbella. Near the beach, near the old town, near the boulevard. You can reach everything by foot. Many thanks to Daniela, who took care over the booking, transfer, arrival etc. Very kind and always responded quickly !
