Highly recommended! The place was amazing, the instructions to get to the neighborhood and to the house were precise, and Dennis was very responsive to all our questions. The house has all the equipment you might need for your vacation. Whenever we go back to Orlando definitely Dennis place will be our first option.

I stayed with some friends at Dennis’ place for a conference. Very pleasant 20 minute walk or short drive to the venue. Similarly close to restaurants on International Drive. Each room felt private with its own bathroom - perfect for friends attending a conference together. Would stay again!

Apartment was as described. Clean and perfect space for what we needed. Was extra helpful that there was a pack n play and high chair available in the unit as well as a box fan for those that like to have the sound of a fan since there are no ceiling fans. We have stayed at other apartments in this resort and it has always been great. Only down side was there was very little parking available. The driveway will only hold 1 vehicle and additional parking is a street away since you can’t park on the street in front of the apartment. If you only have 1 vehicle then your golden. Well stay again in this complex soon.

I may have overlooked it if it's in the description. The place was clean- however 3 floors. First room on bottom floor - main level with kitchen dining 1/2 bath & living room then another full flight of stairs to the 2nd & 3rd rooms- It was a lot of stairs - other than that pool was nice not too far - the layout is what would keep us from booking again. Everything else was great!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Walgreens, Publix, and Subway are within a half mile, and there's also an excellent spot to get boba right next to Publix. Perfect location for visiting Universal. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was effortless. Dennis and team were very helpful and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Incredible location, extremely well managed for a business trip with your team or a family vacation. Perfectly locations to all attractions that Orlando has to offer, with a 3 minute drive to the convention center. We would absolutely book with Dennis and his team.

Great place to stay when visiting the Parks in the Orlando area. Amenities within the property are also great, there is walking/running path, a small basketball court, and a great pool with hot tub. There are also groceries stores and and restaurants close by. Host is very responsive and constantly staying in touch before and during the stay.

We had a great stay and loved the home and location! The only issue we ran into was there were not as many trash bags as we would have liked for a week long stay but otherwise Dennis was a great host. We really appreciated the oreos welcome gift :)

We had a really nice stay here. The sofa bed is quite small so ideal for a smaller group. We had some troubles with leaks through the ceiling but someone came round to fix this the next day. Overall it was a nice stay and the location was perfect for Universal.

Clean and spacious. Stocked with enough necessities like tissue, trash bags, towels. Enjoyed the later hours at the pool. Third floor does get hot, left a fan which hopefully stays.

Tastefully decorated and super comfy LR furniture. Super convenient to OCCC (north and South) which makes it an easy walk instead of paying for parking and waiting in extremely long car lines. Would suggest better cleaners as the floors needed serious cleaning. Bring your own fans as none of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedrooms were warm compared to the 1st floor. Only 1 a/c unit for 3 floors makes it difficult to balance temperature.

I highly recommended Dennis's place. It is very clean, nice, and have all the amenities needed for your stay away from home. It is very central to theme parks and the convention center. The place needs some tlc to make it cozier. It is a 3 story townhome and stairs may be an issue when traveling with young kids. There are no protective gates. Needs a new sofa bed is need. The location was great. Publix and Walgreens were very close by which was very convenient

Great location and amenities. Stayed here for a conference at the convention center and we walked there in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and proximity to a walk able grocery store. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Vista Cay! The townhome was very well appointed and had lovely furnishings. Lots of extras provided including stroller, booster seat, pool towels, etc. Very convenient location to Universal and numerous restaurants. Resort felt very safe and was located in a nice area. Pool area was clean with tons of chairs and tables and was a short walk from the townhouse. We did not use the gym area but it looked very well equipped. The only suggestion to owners is that the bedroom doors were very squeaky and need oiling (very hard to not wake sleeping kids when you enter and exit the bedrooms), and also mattresses are well worn and in need of replacement. Overall, though, we enjoyed our visit and would rent this townhome again.

Nice 3-floor apartment in secure resort. It was very close to the convention center where spend most of our time. Also, it’s close to the international drive; full of restaurants, coffee shops and attractions. The access was very easy from the main highways and just 15-20min to the Airport.

This was my first time using AirBNB and it was an awesome experience. I will definitely look forward to future stays with Dennis. Check in was a breeze, clear instructions were given and promptly communicated, the town house itself was amazing and had ample room to house 8 girls for the weekend. Amenities were great: the gym had nice equipment, pool was heated, and we made use of the hot tub. Location was convenient, close to Universal and International Drive with all the bars and restaurants. Overall? Loved it!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home so much! It was spacious and very clean. The furnishings were done with great taste! We were a family of five and everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Pool was very close to the house, just a 3 minute walk. Very close to all theme parks-only a 15 minute drive. The house had a parking spot and garage in the drive way. We booked this very last minute and it was an extremely smooth transaction! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Orlando.

I stayed here along with 7 others in town to attend a wedding. Check-in was easy since there's no physical key. Dennis sent a message with the door code before we arrived and we were all set. This was a great feature with so many people staying together. You don't have to worry about "who has the key" and you can come and go as you please. The interior looked like the pictures. There is one bedroom on the entry level and the other two bedrooms are on the the 3rd level. The living room and kitchen are on the level in between. For guests with a lot of luggage, it may be a bit of a challenge to get all the luggage up a couple flights of stairs to the two other bedrooms, but the accommodations make it worth your while. Everyone who stayed in the upstairs bedrooms did note that it was considerably hotter in their rooms than the main or lower levels. There is only one thermostat that resides on the living room level, so having some oscillating fans in the upstairs bedrooms would have been nice. The location was convenient to the highways, stores, and restaurants, etc. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the value in comparison to what would have been paid to get hotel rooms for 8 people.

This house is great. It is very close to the Orange County Convention Center which is only couple minutes drive. It is about 20 mins drive to the airport，Disney World. The resort is very quite and easy to find. I will still stay at this house when I come to Orlando next time.

The house is located in a quiet community, nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable to live. And the 2nd floor is big, really a good place where you and your friends could play games. The garage is a little bit tiny. But overall it's a nice place to kill vacation.

We very much enjoyed our time in this home. It perfectly accommodated all 9 of us and we had plenty of space! The location was also ideal for us as it was close to everything we visited (Universal, Wonderworks, and the Orlando Eye). Only a 10 dollar uber ride to the parks! Dennis was fantastic for us. He was extremely helpful, and was very quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend using one of his places in Vista Cay resort. The condo itself was perfect for us. It was more than enough room for us and had everything we needed. This condo was a great place for us to come back and relax in after a long day of working a trade show. It was almost walking distance to our trade show at the Convention Center. The townhouse we stayed at while in Orlando was beyond our expectations! Everything was as stated with detailed instructions from how to turn the TV on to how close the nearest beach was! Because of this there was no need to reach out to Dennis however he was extremely prompt when I first booked the property. Will definitely recommend to others and stay there again if ever in Orlando!
