Found animal poo under the bedroom bed - one week later having been asked to complete a complaint form, even though their staff removed the poo, there has been no contact re compensation

The location is great: lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance from the main station and Liverpool One shopping area. The place itself is really nice and quite cosy, with enough space. Some might find the lively atmosphere a little noisy at night, though. Pack some earplugs if you like a really quiet night! The one thing I’d love from the owners would be the replace the sleeping sofa with a more comfortable option. Communication with the team was swift and friendly, instructions and directions very clear. A place I highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean, with everything you would need for a few days stay. It’s perfectly located right in the centre of Whitby and, though the parking permit wasn’t valid for right outside, it was only a few minutes walk up the road. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The Old Chapel at Dunsley is so lovely Spacious well equipped tastefullt furnished Comfy beds and a beautiful open plan kitchen dining living area ..Quiet location but perfect for popping down to Sandsend or Whitby Nice enclosed garden for chikdren

Excellent place to stay in the wonderful city of Durham. Very easy access to the centre following the foot paths. Excellent communication from Host & Stay making a very enjoyable trip.

We stayed at Burnyside Beach House in Saltburn at the end of June 2023. We arrived during a national cycle race which was amazing to watch out of the large windows, overlooking the sea, cliffs and carpark. Disappointed that there were basic things missing from the house . . like a washing up sponge and dishcloth. Would have been nice to have had a welcome pack with some basics provided, like a bottle of milk, rather than a few sachets of milk. No cupboard space to store food we brought. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, but it wasn't workingproperly, but I was able to reset it after finding the manual online. One of the single beds broke when my son sat on it, so he had to sleep on the floor for the first night because he was too frightened to sleep on the other single bed. Went to have a shower to discover we had no hot water for the first night . . all sorted out the next day though and the water was HOT then! Noticed that the other single bed had also broken at some point and been repaired . .. cheap beds. Couldn't get the TV to work properly, always getting an error code with something to do with the satellite. Beds were really uncomfortable too, my wife couldn't sleep and the bed gave me backache. Loved the location though and taking the dog out on the beach, and had a fantastic fish pie in the fish restaurant, almost worth the trouble for that fish pie . . 5 stars (for the pie).

Amazing stay! House was immaculate, plenty of amenities provided and good quality linens/towels. Stayed here with the whole family and didn’t feel crowded. Perfect base for many locations in the lakes, seems to be within 20 minutes of everywhere we chose to visit

I own a property that Host and Stay are meant to manage, this is sadly something they struggle to do, failed attempts at managing maintenance, health and safety issues, damage property. Failing to manage guest who have damaged the property….. Meant to be “fully managed hassle free service” its never hassle free and isn't fully managed unless you expect your cleaner to manage your property..😤

Hope Cottage in Whitby is a fabulous cottage in a quiet location. Nice little enclosed garden at the front, perfect for our dog. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Northumberland. We felt relaxed and well catered for in the stylish and well equipped, two bed terrace. Just a short walk to the promenade of the attractive and self contained little Bay. Would definitely recommend and book again! Our ragdoll cat enjoyed it too with plenty of space to run up and down and a secure space in the back yard to go out into.

Redsky house in Whitby was a beautiful modern 4 bedrooms house with a private garden and driveway I couldn’t fault this house if I tried it was truly spectacular. In a perfect location and near everything you need. The house was to a high spec and everything was spotless and felt luxurious A real gem of a place to stay Host and stay were the company we used to book and they were great. They responded so quickly to any messages I sent. The check in process was great and stress free. Highly recommend

Our first stay at The Courtyard, Scarborough. It was easy to find and there is parking for 1 vehicle. The yard is enclosed so we could let our dog out with no worries. Everything you may need for a few days stay is there and was in good order. There is a spacious lounge/kitchen area, which is light but private. Upstairs there is 1 large bedroom and a large shower room. Just be aware that there is a spiral staircase. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea front/town centre, though buses ran straight past the property if required. It suited our needs, and we intend to return next year.

We recently spent three wonderful days at this holiday house, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the home. We loved being able to take peaceful nature walks in the surrounding area and then quickly drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, this holiday house exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, beautiful, and perfect getaway. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Just returned had a great weekend. The Apartment was fab great location great veiws loads around you . Wonderful bistro underneath called Up One food and staff fab . Redcar races 15 mins walk . Great communication from host and stay nothing too much trouble . Will definitely return and recommend .
