Just perfect. Everything from the excellent Comms after booking, right through to end of our stay was as good as it gets. The cottage is set in a nice little village and was tastefully furnished throughout with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with all you need ( except maybe a big saucepan for boiling pasta etc ). Spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were so comfy I wanted to stay forever. Easy parking for two cars at side of property. We will be booking again if available.

Clean when arrived but was a musky smell that went away after a couple hours with window open. Only down side is the fact there was no freezer. Everything else was amazing ,bed was comfy. Overall a amazing stay and will be comming back again

We had a lovely stay at Bakehouse Yard. Beautiful decor with a very comfortable king size bed and lovely waterfall shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need . The stairs are a little steep, but this is expected in a cottage property. Location is central, perfect for shops, bars and restaurants.

Would avoid at all cost Arrived on Saturday there was no one to greet us we also was looking for key for ages there wasn’t no key to then having issues getting through the door there wasn’t car in an out of the premises aswell as cat food being left around the hall way was a mess a box of paint was laying around The shower wire cords that you turn on is in the shower it self the doors are small no signs saying mind you head the lights on the wall wires were hanging out the floor was sinking in and the wooden flooring we kept tripping over as floor hasn’t been laid properly No fire extinguishers no fire plans no fire exits can’t even get out windows as they don’t open properly plug sockets were slanted were bed was the roof is so low Dow I have hurt myself and have bruises on my body there was no human interaction and didn’t no how to use the cooker and they never even replayed so all food I bought went to waste

We had a great time staying at The Nook in Saltburn. It is a lovely property in an amazing spot and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to book up again, thanks again Geoff!

Lovely apartment. Comfortable and compact. The view from lounge is fabulous, the beds are extremely comfortable and our whole stay has been great.

Stayed at Dame Alice Street Bedford the apartment was small but perfect for a couple. A few little things would make it more homely such as bedside lamps and a lamp in the living room but that is just being picky.

Glenridge House Retreat is a very special place.Beautiful interiors and stunning gardens.Every detail was well considered with quality products used throughout.The owners did everything they could to make our stay memorable.Highly recommend Glenridge House Retreat.

Lovely home near the coast and all main touristic towns! We appreciated cleaning of the house and presence in the kitchen of all that we needed for cooking and cleaning. Cosy house in a wonderful place!

Lovely cottage, lots of spiders but understandable with being country cottage. But please make the postcode clearer. Got taken to random road in Matlock with first one then only when clicked on link in an email somewhere it told you the actual postcode. Other than that lovely, thanks.

Good communication. Great location the heart of Liverpool. Quick walk to entertainment, sights, restaurants, and shopping. The beds were clean with plenty of spare linens. However the longer you stayed the more you noticed the house needed a deep cleaning- wall splatters, stained furniture and rugs, shower corners, a lot of little things that distract from the overall feel of cleanliness. Noise was a bit loud with what sounded like glass collection on the back alley in the early morning hours. Would stay again if I could be guaranteed a solid deep cleaning before arrival.

The accommodation was well appointed, beds were comfortable, access not too bad. An enjoyable place to stay overall for the four of us. The only negative for us was that we were not aware that the host only provided one toilet roll, one dishwasher tablet and no washing powder for the washing machine.
