The accommodations were very nice and it’s within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host is very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seaham.

Great property, very clean, modern and fantastic appliances. Sofas and beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Only negative was having to contact host and stay to get the key safe code as they did not send us that arrival message, even though they had approved our arrival time. It took 40 minutes to get through to someone. We would definitely book again.

We deeply enjoyed our stay at the September Cottage and loved our time in Brighton. After a series of one-night stays in other settings, it was a delight to have several nights at the cottage: to make use of the spacious kitchen, eat together at the lovely table, and to enjoy coffee in the garden. Brighton itself was charming: we loved the new cafe Higher Ground, just down the street, had a wonderful breakfast at Nowhere Man, and spent a beautiful late afternoon on the beach. We hope to return again someday!

We stayed in a Host and Stay property on Over Street in Brighton for a few days. The house was clean enough and had all of the facilities we needed - including a newly fitted bathroom with a decent shower. The only issue was the beds which were seriously uncomfortable. The mattress we slept on was very hard and had no padding which meant the springs could be felt. Most hotels have far better beds.

Beautiful cottage set a lovely part of Bamburgh with literally 10/15 drive from Bamburgh castle which then leads on to Seahouses, very clean and spacious everything you need for a great time away the owners are absolutely lovely we would definitely return gor another stay

We had a brilliant week at Lop Hall for a family holiday with 4 adults, two children and a dog. It's location is stunning with marvellous views, yet also with the coast and other attractions within easy reach. The cottage had great charm, was cosy and had lots of character. We would have happily stayed longer. Very happy to strongly recommend it.

Great little flat, superb location for the town. Beautifully decorated, all facilities were great. Loading and unloading was difficult and the outside area could do with a little bit of cleaning up

Another great stay in "Riverrun" apartment,Whitby. Have stayed here numerous times now and am never disappointed ! Lovely ,comfortable apartment,has everything you could possibly need and fantastic location .

Liked - Kitchen and bathroom are compact but very nice have everything you need, lounge is roomy, bedroom is enormous. Very comfortable bed. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Very clean on arrival. We managed to park right outside. There's a Sainsbury's almost opposite plus other local food shops within a couple of minutes walk. Disliked · Hall and stairs need some TLC, but once in the apartment, it is lovely.

A delightful apartment. Great location just 10mins along the coast road into Seahouses and a short bus ride into Bamburgh. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Would definately recommend. The service from Host & Stay was good. Someone was always available to answer our queries during the booking, before and during our stay.

Lovely cottage in perfect location. We love staying here as views are beautiful and access to beach is great! Sitting room is lovely relaxing and well furnished...lots of space in dining room too. Bay windows give great views of the beach and ocean. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to take an eye mask as bedroom curtains are thin, so you could be up very early in the summer. ☀️

We had a fabulous couple of days. The house was perfect, everything just as described, and it was so great to see the alpacas too. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely like to return one day.

Dotty's Coastal Retreat in Staithes was pefect. Everything we needed with two ensuite bedrooms and a downstairs toilet. Everything was spotless, great WiFi and right opposite the pub and above Dotty's excellent cafe. Location is in the quiet middle of the village just yards from the harbour. Everything was clearly explained and entry was faultless. Best holiday rental in Staithes.
