Beautiful apartment fantastic location amenities on the doorstep. However there was a horrendous odour from the drains which detracted from our stay even after using a drain cleaner & having windows open we were unable to eat in the apartment.I would not return unless thus issue was guaranteed to be resolved what a shame. Such a beautiful location short break ruined during to this issue this was a birthday treat.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The location is great — close to everything we needed. The space itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking was no problem at all, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay at 9.3 Argyle Street Liverpool perfect location for exploring the city just a short walk to many attractions and an added bonus of parking under the flat so no need to use car,the flat was immaculate and had everything we needed would definitely recommend staying here

We’ve Stayed with this company many times and it’s always been good. This apartment is very nice.. close to everything, parking is right outside the front door, it’s a lovely quiet building and the decor was very nice. Key collection is a 2 min walk from the apartment which was great! We had a few minor issues.,, it wasn’t as clean as we’d expected, the floor was not Hoovered properly and both sofa’s had crumbs over them, not the end of the world but still not what you want. we were also only given one toilet roll for a 3 night stay for 3 people and the velux window doesn’t have a blind so be prepared to wake up early with the light. Other than this is was a good place to visit Liverpool and we would come again for the price.

A lovely cottage: all the rooms were very comfortable and in good condition. The hot water supply was a little unpredictable, but the shower was excellent. A very peaceful spot, which is what we were looking for. Maybe find a window-cleaner to improve the view? Husband says “Book again now!”

We were very impressed with this accommodation. It was situated close to the centre of Alnwick, but the area was quiet. The apartment was immaculately clean and absolutely everything you could need was provided, with some extra treats such as biscuits, crisps and even a bottle of prosecco. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Northumberland.

The property was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and it was spotlessly clean. Great location, across the road from the docks and only a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One. We had family staying in the Hampton by Hilton which is literally next door so that was a win. Check in & out was very easy as we just collected the keys from the lock box. Parking spaces for 2 cars next to the property was ideal. The hosts were great, very helpful and easy to contact. Lovely little touches like free coffee pods and snacks. We had the best weekend here and will definitely be our go to accommodation when we're next in Liverpool.

We had a great time staying at The Nook in Saltburn. It is a lovely property in an amazing spot and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to book up again, thanks again Geoff!

Would avoid at all cost Arrived on Saturday there was no one to greet us we also was looking for key for ages there wasn’t no key to then having issues getting through the door there wasn’t car in an out of the premises aswell as cat food being left around the hall way was a mess a box of paint was laying around The shower wire cords that you turn on is in the shower it self the doors are small no signs saying mind you head the lights on the wall wires were hanging out the floor was sinking in and the wooden flooring we kept tripping over as floor hasn’t been laid properly No fire extinguishers no fire plans no fire exits can’t even get out windows as they don’t open properly plug sockets were slanted were bed was the roof is so low Dow I have hurt myself and have bruises on my body there was no human interaction and didn’t no how to use the cooker and they never even replayed so all food I bought went to waste

On the day of our arrival everything went smoothly with with the key lock and for a small fee we were able to arrive before 4.00 pm. The lodge was perfect, wonderful rooms with very comfortable beds etc. And spotlessly clean. We are hoping to book it again soon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
