Amazing luxury place, great price and great location! Recommend to anyone. I stayed here with friends and family for a special occasion and the place really made our weekend. The only two things it was missing was a toaster and bottle opener but that’s an easy fix.

Nothing but the best when you stay with Host and Stay. Amber Shores did not disappoint, what a fab apartment. Very smart, equipped and well looked after. The apartment was very spacious more than enough for 2 people and our little terrier Mollie. We had couple of minor issues. Took us a while before we realised we needed to use the pull switch next to the shower to get hot water and could be our age but we could not get free view on the TV. To be fair wasn’t bothered about the TV but some instructions on how to use would have been handy. All we could get were some obscure American TV. The location of the apartment is great for access to shops, bars and restaurants. We can recommend No 23, Guns bar and for an outstanding meal Seaview down near the pier. Thank you Host and Stay for a brilliant stay. See you for the NewYear

The Arches, Brotton. Great communication with host and stay. The house it's self was lovely. Plenty of space for large groups. Lots of walks in the surrounding area. Only one problem the cleaning staff came over an hour early. They just walked in never said a word and started going into people's rooms as they were getting ready to leave. We didn't have time for breakfast as we felt rushed to leave. Hence the 4 stars as everything else was brilliant. The owner of the house came to explain how things worked and introduce himself. He was on hand if we needed anything.

Stayed at the Shipwrights Eskape which is a lovely apartment and just a short walk to the town centre. Very well equipped and extremely clean. From the balcony you have views of the River Esk and the Church of St Mary which is wonderful when you first wake. If I visit Whitby again this will definitely be a place I would look to book. The communication from the Host & Stay was clear and informative and can't be faulted. Would have no hesitation to book again with the company.

The Bowlers Retreat, Scarborough. Beautiful apartment. The decor is such a vibe! Clean & well presented. The view was great onto the cricket pitch. There's a tall table and chairs in a small outdoor space too.

Stayed at sunset view in Whitby. The whole experience was perfect, communication was spot on and the apartment was clean and comfy. The apartment was in a beautiful location right on the sea front and only a short walk into the town.

We had the most wonderful stay in North Yorkshire over Easter 2022 and can highly recommend our agent Host and Stay. The information provided throughout was exceptional, they even made sure we arrived safely and had a contact person at hand at all times. The property was faultless and luxurious. We will definitely be using Host and Stay again in the future.

Poppy Cottage was an ideal place to stay and explore Bamburgh and surrounding areas. The cottage was lovely inside and out had everything we needed and more for our 2 night stay. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the birds at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for a week at Clifton house in Scarborough, this is a nice house in an area of Scarborough that is not the best, the street itself although it looked a bit rough was quiet and yet handy for all the town centre amenities. Tesco express just round the corner lots of fast food outlets within 5 minutes walk. The house is on 3 levels, the stairs are narrow and steep with a rail at the side. Large bathroom on the middle landing with an over the bath shower. top floor has 1 large double room and a twin rooms. Middle floor has the same. On the ground floor there is a Spacious lounge and dining area with a toilet/shower room off the well equipped kitchen. The house looks as though it had been recently partly newly redecorated, in fact the painter came to finish it off when we were there, (He got his dates wrong). There were no locks on the toilet bathroom doors, which was about the only fault I could think of. Could not find instructions on how to operate the cooker took us a wee while to suss it out but easy once we knew how to.

Lovely clean and peaceful, originally booked 3 nights stayed for 5 ! Lots of lovely fluffy towels but more tea towels would have helped as no dishwasher Suggest a slicone chopping board more hygienic than wood, some microwaveable bowls and storage boxes for fridge Didn't use the toaster but it had not been emptied The guest book unfortunately was inadequate no information on local walks, where to go or where to eat. We recommend The Apple Tree in Lucker, The Links Seahouses We had done some research ourselves but the cottages are surrounded by farmland and no public footpath signs so felt it was inappropriate to walk the fields We would return but probably bring our own tea towels and kitchen bits

Had a few nights stay with friends. Lovely apartment. Clean, tidy and relaxing. Lots of stairs to get to The Loft but you get used to it and it keeps you fit!
