Brilliant location and gorgeous set up. We really loved the lay out, decor and views - very comfortable and perfect for two of us for a short break in Whitby. Straightforward parking too with plenty of options nearby. Highly recommend!

The only thing positive about this property was it's proximity to the centre. There was a delay in us receiving information about our property which meant we didn't know how to get in. After a phone call we eventually received the key combination and an electronic guide. The guide was very sparse and didn't even have instructions on where to park, it wasn't until we were in the property that we saw the parking space out the window. There was no welcome pack, just some answers to a quiz on a couple of pieces of paper. The TV had a pin number on it, of which nobody seemed to know the code. There weren't enough toilet rolls or any DW tablets, and no basic provisions. The fridge didn't work, everything we put in it froze over. We pulled the toaster out to use it and the worktop was filthy, likewise there was a pile of swept crumbs on the floor when we opened the washing machine cupboard doors The bathroom was full of dust on top of the shower and door ledges, and grimy like it needed a clean. The flat was very noisy on two occasions, in the very late evening, with voices and banging I have stayed in a different property within the area and was expecting so very much more.

Stayed at Glenco in Whitby. Very good value for money. Accepted our small dog. Clean and comfortable. On the downside please send less emails it felt like an invasion.....

We loved our recent stay at Dolphin Cottage, let by Host & Stay. Great location, lovely and cosy. Perfect for a young family. This is the second time we’ve used them and will definitely be using again.

Communication from Host and Stay was fantastic and holiday accommodation access instructions were clear. Also contactable by phone when I had a query. Apartment was just as described and immaculate. Highly recommend and will be using again.

First time using host and stay so was a bit hesitant but we had nothing at all to worry about. Lovely peaceful weekend away stay, place was spotless and very modern and spacious, large private garden also that’s not advertised to enjoy summer nights. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need and more. Nice to have brew items and milk also on arrival after a long drive. Only 20 min drive to Scarborough sea front so ideal location for day out. Would not hesitate to recommend the stables and would definitely return.

Lovely location and modern apartment which is well equipped. No allocated parking and local parking is very difficult, long stay pay car parks are a good 10 minute walk away, 45 steps from front door to apartment living space. Overall Good

Stayed at the parlour for 5 days was a fantastic place to stay . Everything you need ,all attractions within 45 minutes drive . Hot tub great for relaxing after a day out.

Lovely cottage close to town centre the beaches bus and train station. The ceilings are very low and even though signs remind you to duck it’s so easy to forget so it’s not bad if your short like me 😂. Love whitby so enjoyed our holiday and definitely would stay again but might be in a property with higher ceilings so my son doesn’t bump his head

Turnstones apartment in Whitby is gorgeous. It’s of a very high standard. Building is quiet and clean. Location is fab-Perfect for exploring Whitby. I’d definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this charming cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. The views are spectacular and there are loads of walks nearby. The property managers were very responsive. The key for the front door is hanging by the front door. We missed that at first.

Having stayed at whitby on numerous occasions this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in from a fantastic view from every widow to ease of checking in and private parking and at great price will be back without a doubt 😀

Had a lovely stay at the Groveside Apartment. Was extremely clean, with lovely little courtyard area to sit out in. Great location to walk into Saltburn and close to the beach. Bed was really comfy too. Only niggle was the hairdryer socket was slightly too far from the mirror, and only worked on the top setting, so would suggest take your own!

GLENCOE APARTMENTS WHITBY Great location, 5 min walk and your on the beach, the town is on your doorstep.👌 stayed in glencoe app 4 which was on the top floor, had everything I needed facilities were great will definitely use this company again 👍

This apartment was ok. The layout was a bit bizarre. The living area and kitchen are downstairs. There is an apartment above that that has wood flooring. You can hear everything that is going on in the apartment above. The kitchen and living space seemed clean enough but very cold. There was some dirty marks on the doors to the ground floor bedroom that didn’t look very great and the room was rather dusty. Not really an issue for us as there were only 2 people staying so didn’t use that bedroom. The downstairs bathroom was nice enough but the pipe work on show is a bit unsightly. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work on arrival but my husband managed to sort that out. The bathroom on the first floor was small but nice and clean. The towel radiator is in a slightly awkward place and could burn you when trying to use the toilet. The main bedroom was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. The room could do with a thorough clean there were marks on the walls and on the doors that look like tea/coffee had been spilt but haven’t been cleaned. This apartment is in a great location but we wouldn’t stay there again purely on the layout and the cleanliness of some of the rooms.

The Zetland apartment was superb, beautiful apartment with sea view from lounge balcony and sunrise from the master bedroom. What more could you wish for🌅 Beautifully positioned within easy walking distance to all amenities, beach, bars, restaurants, quirky local arts and crafts shops and much more from this victorian seaside gem. The only downside was the initial access to the apartment and WiFi password, hopefully, with my feedback this will be resolved for future guests!! Host and stay were very helpful and professional, I would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking up for next year's vacation(s) Thank you
