We stayed at Well Farm Cottage as we were attending a wedding at Stretton Manor Barn. The cottage is superb - very comfortable, clean & has everything you could want/ need. There are some beautiful walks with amazing views straight from the cottage and a lovely pub across the road, serving great food. The host was excellent - very helpful and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone either visiting the area (Matlock/ Chatsworth close by), or going to a wedding at Stretton Manor Barn. We would love to stay again and spend more time walking with our dogs. Thank you!

Lovely cosy cottage with milk and other provisions provided on our arrival. Peaceful location but conviently located only 7mins drive from Bamburgh, and another 7mins drive from there to Seahouses

The apartment was a lovely place to stay. Well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Close to the town centre and all amenities. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be returning.

Fourth time of staying in this cottage, last year the cleanliness left a lot to be desired but there was an improvement this time. There were no bins in the yard this time so had to leave the black rubbish bin alongside others that had been left there, this was unsightly and if they are not removed will get rather smelly. the cottage is comfortable and quiet and close to a lovely beach.

Very cosy and clean accommodation. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher but had everything else you would need). Very good location close to beaches. (There is a blackbird nesting in the back garden opposite the kitchen window feeding chicks - so we tried not to disturb it!)

Fabulous apartment, incredibly clean. Very well equipped including tea, coffee, sugar, shower gels, loo rolls and shampoos. Super comfy beds as well. Excellent location, the balcony was ace to sit out on, looking out over the sea whilst having your morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Amazing situation with outstanding views, every room overlooks the ocean. Great size with enough room for a family of 6, all furniture and amenities needed. Easy to park on main street outside and easy access to property. Lovely en suite with roll top bath and Great size wardrobes. Only down side was the apartment wasn't as clean as could have been, lots cobwebs, dead insects and dust around all windows and and skirting boards. The kitchen has sticky worktops and looked like it needed a good vacuum round. Yet this did not take away from the outstanding veiws and Great stay we had.

The Sea Salt Apartment was an absolute gem in Whitby. It was spacious, clean and had everything for a very comfortable stay. Booking in and out was straightforward and it's in a great location on Flowergate

When we first stepped into Coastguard cottage, Scarborough, I fell in love with it straight away. I loved all the décor, everything matched well and it was just really cute and cosy. I imagine it would be really nice in winter as well. I felt safe and felt relaxed. The bathroom was massive and really spacious and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were well presented.. It was spacious and plenty of facilities and resources to cook with in the kitchen if needed. There was also a washing machine. The garden was lovely to sit out in both on a morning and a night. It was super close to the beach which was ideal for us even if the walk up the hill did nearly kill us off so be mindful of that if you have mobility issues. We also found a little obstacle course around the corner from where we were staying which the kids enjoyed. The opposite neighbour was really nice and friendly. Towels and toilet rolls were provided. A few people said the key was hard to find. I found it well but took a few goes to figure out how to open it to get the key out but I did it eventually. When I messaged for support or had any questions, they were really quick to get back to me. I will definitely book to stay here again

This is a splendid place to stay for a long weekend or mid week getaway with friends. It has two double bedrooms & two bathrooms which means you are not getting in each other’s way when getting ready for your night out. Only issue we had is there is no toilet roll holders so they have to go on the sink. We will be booking this again for our next stay in Whitby. Thank you.
