This lodge is located on Hinderwell Lane but at the top of the bank leading to Runswick Bay which is a short (if steep) walk down (even steeper it seems on the way back up!). The property is well equipped with high quality crockery and glass wear. I was surprised to find champagne flutes and even gin glasses. A big tick! The bedrooms were of ample size, the master en-suite being the smallest but with the advantage of the en-suite. The site was well kept and a quiet location. One day we walked to Port Mulgrave along the Cleveland Way and back through Hinderwell which is a short and pleasant walk. The following day we had a trip to the beach. Just make sure you check the tides as access can get cut off. The lodge was clean enough, not spotless, but I have to say had everything you could require; hair dryers, iron, coffee pod and pods, even dog bowls, spare dishwasher tablets & tea towels, cling film, board games for a rainy day etc. It was a real shame there is no recycling on site as we had a rather large stash of glasses to dispose of which we had to take back in the car. Come on Scarborough Council....surely they could provide recycling bins close by.

Cottage was very well equipped but needs up dating. Stairs a big issue as very steep and winding. You need to be able bodied. Good place for a base for Holt and the coast.

We had a beautiful stay at Burnsyde Beach house. The space, views and amenities were perfect for us, a family of four. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommend ☺️

We stayed in the Seel Street apartment, not being familiar with Liverpool, I don't think the communication saying we would hear some nightlife quite does the volume and disruption justice. It should have said unless you are comatose, you will not be able to sleep. 4 of us stayed in the front bedroom and you may as well have just been outside. With the nightclub open next door until 6am on Fridays and Saturdays we heard every single conversation, fight, car engine, bin being emptied, everything! If you are going out drinking when you're there you will be fine and the apartment is nice enough, but we all ended up sleeping with headphones in listening to podcasts full blast to try and drown the outside noise down. We agreed this could be fixed if the owners moved the layout of the apartment, put the living room at the front, and move the beds into the living room or put more beds downstairs where it is quieter and the rooms are huge so could definitely fit. Also it's a funny design in the bathroom where there are 2 showers in the one bathroom, but they do have frosted glass, just something to be aware of. My only other gripe is how often the apartment owners contact you. I must have been messaged 3 times a day, I'm trying to enjoy my break! This could have just been sent in 1 message. The apartment had everything we needed though, albeit there were some suspect stains on bedsheets and cushions hence the 3* review.

My wife and I along with our adult twins spent 2 nights here while in Liverpool. The rental was clean, nicely appointed, and very functional. It was also decorated very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Communication from the host was excellent.

Amazing apartment! A home away from home. Super clean, comfortable and everything you need, whether you chilling and dining at home or out and about in Brighton. Close to the beach, city centre and grocery stores. We loved our stay! Look forward to visiting Brighton again and staying with you. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage for our stay in Northumberland. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent location for getting out and about by car, bike or, walks. Enjoyed sitting on the patio at the end of each sunny day.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great Location. Just a short 5 minute walk to the marina. Very clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable and a wardrobe in the main bedroom. The front entrance is down a narrow lane with a few steep steps then more stairs inside. As this is a 3 storey house had lots of narrow stairs to all floors. The bedroom in the attic is very small and low ceiling not much room to move around. Ok for children but a struggle for adults. Very small door to a toilet so we used the main bathroom on the ground floor. Parking was limited and although there is a parking scratch card provided it’s only for W zone which was 10 mins away and full. There is paid parking opposite but with limited space and time restrictions.

My family and I came together for a little get away and we've had a wonderful time! Driftwood is a great size house for a big group and amazing that is was dog friendly! My only criticism would be, the downstairs should be hard floor to make it easier to keep clean as the dogs had to walk across the carpet to access the garden and back so we laid lots of dog towels down all the time which was a bit of a pain. The house was lovely and clean, although it is a bit 'worn' and in need of some updating but this did not affect our stay. It's a fantastic location, everything provided that you could possibly need and we even got to see baby newts in the garden when we sat out on an evening! We would definitely return!
