Excellent location, for both the town and the beach. We booked very last minute as we had some accommodation that fell through, it was a super easy check in and check out. The apartment is lovely and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would recommend and would definitely return! Thanks 🙏🏽

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with our stay the apartment it was damp and full of mould!!!!! we have put in an complaint with the hosts and Airbnb are aware and agree it’s not acceptable! very disappointed I don’t even feel one star is right for an apartment with made my husbands asthma flare up!

Great place to be for a long weekend in Liverpool. Accommodation is beautifully decorated and was spotless when we arrived. Fabulous location. Team is friendly and responsive. Definitely good value for money. Liverpool is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed the Beatles experience.

Grumbles Cottage is such an amazing place to stay . Location is perfect for everything in Whitby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Super clean and easy check in and check out . Had a great time . Ps . The switch for the hob is behind the toaster 👍🤭

Fantastic large cottage, quirky, well equipped and lots of space in beautiful surroundings. It is fully equipped for large families to have a great experience away. The house is brilliant, in a great location, very close Brecon, with plenty to do around. There were easy instructions and great general information on recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

stunning apartment everything was in there home form home was a eating out holiday!!!!!! but if i was self catering everything was there if i need to cook bathroom was very good living room very good bed room all round very good will book host & stay again old ad saying form me one day all holiday apartments will made this way think you!!!!!

Booked for one cottage for 3 weeks, was lovely - but owner did the work, H&S did nothing - except take £25 “insurance” (I took that options vs give them £250 and wait 10 days to get it back minus £10 admin fee (rip off). Booked another 10 days stay. Turned up, place smelled of dog. I hate dogs and especially hate the smell of other peoples dogs in a place I am staying. Bathroom was filthy. Floor brown with dirt. Shower grout covered in brown stains / mildew. Complained, they haven’t yet turned up to clean, so I went and got cleaning products and did it myself. Also muddy rug, broken lamp, heating control didn’t work, I went and got some new batteries otherwise we wouldn’t have had heating. On top of this of course another £25 insurance charge. I complained and said what are you spending the money on as you haven’t cleaned properly and haven’t replaced the broken lampshade so it’s just money for you. Will not use again, will stick to Airbnb where the charge is the charge. It’s the owners responsibility to have insurance not the guest, and it’s the management company responsibility to clean, not the guest. Example - floor photos before and after.

Fabulous apartment, very clean and stylish. Great communication and ideas on where to go from the host company. Loved that we could also park for free outside the apartment. Only a 25 minute walk to Albert Docks but so much nearby. Some lovely restaurants and pubs, Blackburn Arms and The Quarter. Also Tesco Express for top up food and drinks. Highly recommend

Lovely house, perfectly situated! Dog friendly at no extra cost and there is a park to walk them in literally two doors down, and an enclosed garden to safely let them out at night. Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Ellerbeck Cabin in the woods at Ladycross Plantation Park Whitby, The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay, it was spotlessly clean and in a lovely peaceful location, yet a quick and easy drive in to Whitby.

Great communication. Great location. Spacious cottage with what could be a lovely outdoor space. Dirty and neglected inside and out. Dust, mould, blocked en-suite sink and broken toilet seat. Cobwebs and flies and too many windows that couldn’t be opened. What a shame …. It feels like the owners and management don’t know what state the cottage is in when guests arrive.

A very new feeling first floor apartment on the West cliff front in Whitby. There are about seven apartments in the block. Ours had a pleasant lounge/kitchen/diner with a big smart TV. There were three bedrooms (one with en suite and second Smart TV) and a bathroom. Getting in was easy with the codes we were sent and we received a parking pass for about 50 metres away. There was milk in the fridge which was all we needed for our two night stay. See pictures for front of building and the view of the very handy ice cream and coffee kiosk. We had two fabulous breakfasts at Cranberry Swamp about 500 metres down the adjacent street, and two sets of Fish and Chips - I would just recommend Magpie cafe over Mr Chips (which was just closing so we had the end of the chips - not their fault) - but there are steps down the cliff to both places.

The location and comfort is outstanding. Really good beds, comfortable seating and TV with Netflix. Beach just across the street, high street 2 blocks away. Parking spaces easy to find. Balcony is extra bonus.

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean and a high standard. Could have done with a bit more cutlery and a bigger bed tho. Having said that, we will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Low Waupley Farm, The Hayloft. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a lovely welcome tray all ready for us on our arrival. It is very well set up for all the family, especially our 1yr old, just walking, granddaughter. The location is excellent for Saltburn, the north Yorkshire coast and Moors and for beautiful views, walks and wildlife. We were watching Owls from the hot tub! The resident owners and Host and Stay management were very helpful ensuring a wonderful break.

Fantastic stay in an ideal location. The apartment was beautifully specced with everything we needed for a great family break. Thoroughly recommended and a great base for enjoying all that Scarborough has to offer. Get ready for a few hill hikes however if your walking back from the shoreline 😁
