Fantastic stay, great location, apartment is very well decorated and spacious and kitchen is very well equipped. Staff were very responsive even over the Christmas holidays- including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, great customer service. Only downside is the noise from the street, deliveries to the supermarket below start very very early in the morning and you can hear everything, despite the windows being double glazed, pack earplugs!

Lovely warm home with everything you will need during your stay . The nearest pub is about 1.5 miles away but if you are looking for a quiet house away from noise this is the place. The stairs are quite steep inside so May be an issue for both young and old , but we loved the place. You can take walks direct from the house. The Craven Arms pub has great food and beers .

Awesome place! Huge Living room and family area. Great kitchen! Very nice updated bath. Great location and easy to get to the waterfront area. Off street parking! Really made a great home base for visiting Liverpool. Also a pub right behind the property. Perfect!

Well kept, clean & comfortable apartment which was in a fabulous location. Large enough for a family group of 6 adults with everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at Percy Cottage for a wedding at Le Petit Chateau, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The cottage was decorated nicely and well equipped. It took a while for the place to get warm and unfortunately we were unable to light the fire as only a small amount of kindler was available. There was plenty of space for a travel cot in both the bedrooms and it was a nice surprise to have a smaller room upstairs where you could get ready, put your bags etc. The hosts ‘Stay’ were very helpful and responsive.

Apartment was lovely with a great location for access to everything. Only downside was that it was quite noisy late at night with the pubgoers in town using the alleyway as a cut through, and the Angel Hotel/pub moving metal kegs around. Usually quietens down around 2am though. The windows are double glazed so it does cut down some of the noise. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful cosy little cottage in private yard off a bustling street with eateries and pubs, it’s a perfect location for enjoying everything Whitby has to offer, we will definitely stay again

Horrible. Dishonest advertising. Only the run around when you try to communicate about a critical fault in accommodation. Ruined our holiday don't risk yours with them

Kerb appeal is not good, unkempt exterior and obvious damage to the apartment's door. The apartment itself is very small; the bed is huge for the space which means there is no storage in the bedroom. Instead there’s a coat rail with hangers in the sitting room and storage boxes under the tv. The bathroom is well decorated and the shower is good though the toilet roll stand was quite dirty. The kitchen was adequate for a short stay but the cupboard under the sink wasn’t clean. For a 2 night stay the apartment was okay but we would have struggled for space if there any longer

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY ROBBING YOU we stayed at this place from a monday to thursday morning and didn’t enjoy it as much as we should have. the moment we got inside we smelt a very disgusting smell. it was as if someone had puked up near the entrance and hadn’t been cleaned properly . this wasn’t a good start but we just did some spray and tried carrying on with our trip. when we got to the bedrooms we realised there was no locks on the door which meant we didn’t have full privacy but we didn’t mind too much as we knew each other. When we did decide to go to bed they were very uncomfy in most rooms and we struggled to sleep. these were some of the little problems we faced but the main ones were when we left the place. the customer service is absoulately disgraceful even before we went on the trip we rang them and the lady speaking from the company was speaking to us in a very awful way which made us all feel disturbed and uncomfortable . when we did get home the company started to send us pictures of things which they told us we had broke but we knew for sure that we hadn’t broken any except the ironing board which was already half broken whilst we were using it. to say it’s a very expensive house some of the things that were included inside there you would of found in a council estate house where the people are on benefits and are struggling to buy decent equipment. They tried making us pay extra and still are trying to get more money out of us for things which were already broken. one of the other things they said is we damaged the chair because we left it outside but when i checked it there was no damage on there just the smallest piece had been abit damaged but over time these chairs do get damaged so that is normal. do not ever stay at this house even though it looks very nice you will not enjoy it a single bit. also whilst we were there 2 showers had issues with them and they had to send an engineer which came at 8 in the morning and woke some of us up. they should have sorted that shower before we got there as it stopped us from using it for a day or two. they still have our £1000 deposit and haven’t still given it back and they also want more money on top. if we don’t see our depo in the next couple of days i will have to get my legal team involved for the way these guys have treated us and made us feel. i will also let my followes know on my social media platforms how we have been mistreated and been felt with by this company. if you don’t want this to happen i advise you guys to give our depo back and to stop accusing us of breaking things which we haven’t even done

Appartment was nice. Only 2 drawbacks were loud noise from the appartment above and it was a nightmare to get out of the parkingspace because of the narrow street and cars parked on each side of the exit.

Queen's court is a beautiful property in Whitley Bay with stunning views and easy access to the North Sea. Very modern, immaculately clean and well kept. 2 outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again.

Worst holiday let agent ever. Did not know how to contact owner of property and left outside the proerty as they did not know the code to get the key. False advertising of amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at your beautiful cottage at Green Head Village, Cumbria and have but 2 suggestions. 1. We would have liked a tea towel for drying dishes - we had to purchase one. 2. A spot of oil on both hi ges and latches on the bedroom and bathroom doors would ensure that nightly toilet visits did not disturb other occupants! The property was well presented and clean. We appreciated the welcome gift and the location was delightful.
