Siamo marito e moglie e andiamo di frequente a Liverpool a trovare nostro figlio che vive lì. Abbiamo visto quindi diverse case e quella di Bedford South Street è tra quelle che ci sono piaciute di più. Si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e con una passeggiata di una decina di minuti si arriva nella zona centrale. Vicino ci sono market dove comprare ciò che serve. La fatica delle scale da salire è ripagata dal confort della casa, molto luminosa, dove si trova tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare e dalla vista impagabile (peccato che le finestre non siano più grandi). Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo con Host & Stay: la comunicazione con loro è sempre chiara, precisa e puntuale.

Stayed at St Denys Place in York over New Year. What a fantastic place in a great location! It was very roomy, clean and tidy, with pretty much everything we needed for a full four days, just needed to grab a few groceries and we were sorted. It's about ten mins walk to anywhere you'd like to visit in York - one minute away from our favourite restaurant (El Gaucho) and an awesome spot for drinks and food (Spark York). A Tesco is just over the road, and a spot to rent scooters is also very close if you fancy a quicker journey into town. The beds are incredibly comfy, there's loads of storage, and we couldn't have asked for more - especially at such a good price! We'll be back to this property, and will also take a look at the other properties both in York and further afield.

A beautiful cottage in a great location! A superb place to relax after a day exploring the local area. Wonderful river view and just a short walk into town or the castle. Thoroughly recommend!

Property owners just didn't mail us the key locker code in time before arrival, so we had to sleep outside in 2 degrees celcius with three guests. It's been three months now and I tried to reach out more than 5 times for a refund, but they just completely ghost me. Wouldn't recommend booking here. Accommodation also wasn't clean at all.

We booked 3 nights in Whitby at Albion place. The house and location are excellent but the experiance was spoilt by this greedy company. The house was advertised at £375 a night but at the last step they added a £225 cleaning charge. Seemed excessive but we thought ok its a big house and at least it will be clean. It wasn't. Firstly the house only had 2 remotes for 5 different Tv's, we advised host and stay and they assured us they would get some more remotes to us as soon as possible. These never turned up. The first night my nieces used the top floor bathroom and afterwards the whole floor was flooded with an eggy drainage smell. We cleaned the hair trap in the shower, which was full of hair and opened the windows. This resolved the issue. They offered to send someone round to clean the trap but we had already done it. The worst issue which is frankly unforgivable was the full wheely bin outside the front door, with two bin bags next to it. This was all rubbish from the previous guests and attracted rats during the night, host and stay assured us it would be emptied. After it wasn't emptied on the 2nd night they changed their story and said it would be emptied on our last day by the council's weekly collection. It was emptied... by a private company...so could have been done at any time. In the meantime we were greeted to flies and rubbish strewn around the front yard everytime we entered the house. They overcharged for cleaning then made promises and didn't deliver. If that isnt worth one star I don't know what is. Also I am now very wary of Airbnb as my review isn't showing there. Not only will I never use host and stay again I may not use airbnb either.

We booked a week in a holiday cottage. Arrived to find it had been double booked and we no longer had a place to stay. They offered no apology or help. We were left with no choice but to drive back home

Lovely clean, comfortable, contemporary apartment. Five minutes drive to the centre of Whitby. Had a great stay, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Although the apartment is nice, due to its location in the commercial centre of town you are subject to noise on a permanent basis, and as such will be unable to sleep.

Walked in food and paper on floor look outside there chips fish and rubbish all over the floor with flies all around it, then upstair one bed room the bedding was dirty, walk into bath and toliet roll holder broken and all bits left on side, main big bedroom dirty curtian and dirt on a picture, walk upstair to next floor and they try to screw nails in to the carpet because it all coming away but there was a screw on the floor which had come out which one my children stood on, the whole house really could of done with whole clean over again but when you have your personal stuff in and trying make holiday with children you don’t really want be messing around with it, and be warn the shower are terrible not suitable for as many people as which house can hold half you end up with freezering cold shower and host and stay ask you look at boiler and top it up if it needs it doing hmmmm I’m on holiday not messing around with something your paid for! I wouldn’t come back here again a lot money and the house really could do with updated it’s try tired and not up to standard with the money your asking for it

The place was great. The service was not. There was no clothes dryer, as advertised. There was no hair dryer, as advertised. We asked about these issues and they were never resolved. We found a note from previous renters about the lack of a hair dryer and apparently the issue wasn’t resolved for them either. There was also mold in the bathroom

Modern, clean, well equipped and a great location. Apart from hiding the cutlery in a “secret” draw, which took some finding 🤣, we enjoyed a brilliant time and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Very Cosy cottage. Great location evry thing you could think of except a dishwasher in the kitchen. Only down side the bathroom is down stairs from the bedrooms at the other side of the cottage.

We had a lovely weekend staying in Flora, a Host & Stay apartment in Whitby. We booked through a 3rd party, and once paid Host & Stay made contact making sure I had all the details I needed before my stay. The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous (so nice I’ve taken some inspiration for me redecorating), and it was in a great location for us to have a super weekend. We’ve already recommended it to others as I think they’d love it too

A Cottage in Staveley-in-Cartmel, During our entire stay, we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and had to rely on hot spotting each other for work and university meetings. The smart TV found no signal, but we managed to get one working on the last night. Also, the remote location made it difficult for even Uber to pick us up so we missed a lot of prebooked activities. Given these issues, I’m not sure I can leave a completely positive review but it was a good place to sleep for the short days we stayed for

Great location, the flat was a decent size however there was a constant faint smell of dog especially in the kitchen and lounge area. Disappointing there was no hand soap, shampoo etc so had to go straight out to stock up on essentials.

Very nice apartment with sitting room, bedroom, kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Close to the city high street and walkway to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful castle ruins and colorful seaside attractions are available.

I celebrated my 70th birthday at Sea Watcher with our son and daughter and their partners. The apartment is great for three couples, with two ensuite bedrooms and a separate bathroom for the third room. It's in a great location and very well equipped. The entrance could be tidied up a bit, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, excellent.
