The location was great at Fenwick street in Liverpool. The place was very tidy and the beds were comfy. Check-in very straightforward and Charlie was very helpful and clear when communicating. Overall the place very was pleasant to stay in and great value. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Arrived at our rental property on Friday to find parking space not useable as someone had driven into the parking bollard making it impossible to move to allow us to park. Contacted Host and Stay 5 times but issue was never resolved and nobody made contact with us to provide an update/apology. This is our 4th night at the property and the issue is still not resolved so having to try and find on street parking nearby every night which is pretty difficulty in Whitby as parking is very scarce..Had a 1 mile mile walk from car to our accomodation 1 of the nights... Will avoid using this company at all cost in the future.

DO NOT STAY - completely unhelpful customer service won’t answer complaints or requests. Lift was broken in the building, didn’t provide parking permits and apartment was completely filthy

It felt like an over priced, mid-range Airbnb with an annoying and bureaucratic process to place a damage deposit. Check in is at 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am! Look somewhere else.

The house is worth it. We loved our stay at Fairview house. Beautiful home with all necessary amenities that you need. Its a home away from home. Big and spacious for a big family. We stay again and recommend it for anyone. No issues or complaints we were happy with everything.

We booked cottages over new year and paid £2000 and the pictures were NOT what was shown. Dirty, unsafe, broken appliances. Videos and pictures sent - Host & Stay been looking into it for a month. RIP OFF COMPANY, STAY AWAY. BE WARNED!!!!!!

Was happy to book until I got an email after my payment was accepted and taken....which asked for a £250 damage protection deposit..paid in full before the stay plus an admin fee!!!! Are they for real? I cancelled immediately as this is a lot of money to find for a cheap 2 night get away. We couldn't afford all that! Also it was very dodgy that they waited until they had my payment for the accommodation asking for MORE!!!!

Home from Home. Great location. Very comfortable house. Kitchen well equipped. Great TV with all the apps. This is the 2nd time I have stayed and will again when I'm next in the area, hopefully it will be available

Very small apartment for 4 people. Nice decor and furnishings. But there are some negative pointers which I feel should be addressed. The cooker hood was broken so when cooking the smoke alarm kept going off so we had to open windows in the middle of winter! The frying pan had seen better days and needs replacing. There wasn’t enough seating for 4 people in the lounge area. Just one modern sofa suitable for just 2 people and a chair. The kitchen table and benches creaked and were wobbly. The were 2 pairs of patio doors and neither had blinds so there was no privacy. The condiments were sachets of milk, and sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. I felt the accommodation was overpriced especially as we visited in the middle of January.

Last week, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Ramblers Rest Cottage in Greenhead. We were delighted by the thoughtful gestures of the hosts, who had left an assortment of chocolates and a bottle of wine for us, accompanied by a lovely card. It was truly appreciated. The cottage itself was spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we required. We particularly liked the cosy fireplace, which added a special charm to our stay. Furthermore, the views from the cottage were very pleasant. We would happily return to Ramblers!

Great apartment, location was perfect to explore saltburn, 30 seconds walk to, shops, cafes bars. Parking right outside entrance . Nice lounge/ kitchen area 2 maim double bedrooms and one small double bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and beautifully presented accomodation. We had a great time and would love to stay there again. Highly recommended.
