We stayed in Starboard Bow in Whitby for 3nights and we were very happy and comfortable. Great views of estuary and bird life.

Lemonade arch is a beautiful house with gorgeous furnishings. Big and spacious for our family and two dogs. Close to centre of Whitby. Beds very comfy and the house clean. Only thing we found was only 8 forks when the house sleeps 11 and no cheese grater. But everything else perfect.

Lovely little flat in a gorgeous part of Liverpool. Well thought out living space and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The bed could do with being a bit bigger and the layout in the bedroom was strange. Other than that, this place has everything you need

We stayed in the Firths for 2 nights midweek, the place itself was lovely and deserves more than 2 stars however the management of the property by host and stay was terrible. Although advertised, we arrived and soon realised there was no parking permit available at the property. We immediately contacted host and stay who never got back to us. After painfully going back and forth throughout the duration of our stay, with my having to contact them every time, they finally admitted that they didn’t have a permit available and that’s why we didn’t have one. Their suggestion was to park in a pay and display a 20 minute walk away! They did reimburse us for parking costs but only after I mentioned it. The property also had a lack of cooking amenities such as salt and pepper (they had empty shakers on display) which was surprising. Although a small inconvenience, it took the whole duration of our stay to sort and longer… not something you want to be doing on holiday!

Host & Stay- Alma is a beautiful apartment for a family holiday. An excellent location and pocket-friendly apartment. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and the staff were very friendly; they kept checking on us to ensure we were comfortable. If we choose Manchester for our next holiday, we shall stay at Host & Stay - Alma. I strongly recommend Host & Stay- Alma.

We booked through Host & Stay for a recent trip, the communication was excellent and the website link received with key bits of information was exceptionally helpful. I am however, deducting 2 stars because what is not made clear when you book is that you are responsible for either paying a £25 non-refundable deposit or providing a holding deposit of £200 with a £10 non-refundable admin fee. Whilst they're not big sums of money it really left a bitter taste when you've already paid out a significant sum for a holiday - why not incorporate the fees in with the holiday amount if they need to be paid?? It didn't make any sense for this to be an additional fee and you're also told that if you don't pay then they don't release any further details of the holiday. Didn't sit well especially when it wasn't clearly communicated at time of booking.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Wave. The layout of the apartment is a little quirky but we soon got used to it. Great central location and quiet on an evening.

Myself and my partner visited Whitby for 3 nights and choose to stay at the Sandpiper Apartment. We were very pleased with the accommodation as it was a short 5 minute walk into the town centre, and was easy to find upon arriving in Whitby. The Apartment had a very cozy feel, especially the bedroom, and had everything we were looking for! The parking situation wasn't ideal as we were forced to park someway away from the flat due to limited spacing avaliable. However this would not stop us visiting again if we were to visit Whitby again!

stayed at 15 prospect hill whitby .fantastic apartment .very clean and luxurious boutique style.biggest bed I've ever seen and very comfortable .provided with everything needed and then some ect dressing gowns,slippers,a bottle of presseco, bacon ,eggs, bread ,shortbread the list goes on . felt really spoilt and loved it thank you .

Perfectly located, we'll equipped, clean and tidy. The host was helpful and responsive. Ideal place for two! Highly recommend the coastal walks. And the places to eat delicious food at brilliant prices was the cherry on the top.

129 Duke Street Liverpool 2 stars for great location, attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants all close by. We loved the Duke Street Food Market and Salt House Tapas restaurants both only a few minutes walk away. Disappointed with apartment as dirty, needs a deep clean, decorating and repairs. Main entrance to apartments was very dirty and scruffy. Definitely too small to sleep 9, maybe previous party abused the place, wardrobe door was broken, quite dangerous, we were informed by text on the day of this. I contacted Charlie who sent cleaners and maintenance (TV didn't work) Shower was full of mould, after cleaners came in, mould fell off whilst in shower landing on body, horrible. Charlie was brilliant but as hosts you need to ensure apartment is as advertised. I'm not one to complain but I have put in a complaint and sent hosts lots of photos where they will look into to rectify. Wouldn't want future parties to be as disappointed as we were. Definitely stay in the area again but not at this apartment, we could have stayed at Holiday Inn Express next door for less money and with breakfast included! BTW our friends stayed there and said it was brilliant.
