Lovely apartment with lovely bathroom and lots of space. Clean sheets and towels and great provision of amenities

Although the apartment is nice, due to its location in the commercial centre of town you are subject to noise on a permanent basis, and as such will be unable to sleep.

The place was great. The service was not. There was no clothes dryer, as advertised. There was no hair dryer, as advertised. We asked about these issues and they were never resolved. We found a note from previous renters about the lack of a hair dryer and apparently the issue wasn’t resolved for them either. There was also mold in the bathroom

A Cottage in Staveley-in-Cartmel, During our entire stay, we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and had to rely on hot spotting each other for work and university meetings. The smart TV found no signal, but we managed to get one working on the last night. Also, the remote location made it difficult for even Uber to pick us up so we missed a lot of prebooked activities. Given these issues, I’m not sure I can leave a completely positive review but it was a good place to sleep for the short days we stayed for

The location was great at Fenwick street in Liverpool. The place was very tidy and the beds were comfy. Check-in very straightforward and Charlie was very helpful and clear when communicating. Overall the place very was pleasant to stay in and great value. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Arrived at our rental property on Friday to find parking space not useable as someone had driven into the parking bollard making it impossible to move to allow us to park. Contacted Host and Stay 5 times but issue was never resolved and nobody made contact with us to provide an update/apology. This is our 4th night at the property and the issue is still not resolved so having to try and find on street parking nearby every night which is pretty difficulty in Whitby as parking is very scarce..Had a 1 mile mile walk from car to our accomodation 1 of the nights... Will avoid using this company at all cost in the future.

Apartment was lovely with a great location for access to everything. Only downside was that it was quite noisy late at night with the pubgoers in town using the alleyway as a cut through, and the Angel Hotel/pub moving metal kegs around. Usually quietens down around 2am though. The windows are double glazed so it does cut down some of the noise. Other than that, it was great.

Kerb appeal is not good, unkempt exterior and obvious damage to the apartment's door. The apartment itself is very small; the bed is huge for the space which means there is no storage in the bedroom. Instead there’s a coat rail with hangers in the sitting room and storage boxes under the tv. The bathroom is well decorated and the shower is good though the toilet roll stand was quite dirty. The kitchen was adequate for a short stay but the cupboard under the sink wasn’t clean. For a 2 night stay the apartment was okay but we would have struggled for space if there any longer

Queen's court is a beautiful property in Whitley Bay with stunning views and easy access to the North Sea. Very modern, immaculately clean and well kept. 2 outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again.

Worst holiday let agent ever. Did not know how to contact owner of property and left outside the proerty as they did not know the code to get the key. False advertising of amenities.

We stayed in the Firths for 2 nights midweek, the place itself was lovely and deserves more than 2 stars however the management of the property by host and stay was terrible. Although advertised, we arrived and soon realised there was no parking permit available at the property. We immediately contacted host and stay who never got back to us. After painfully going back and forth throughout the duration of our stay, with my having to contact them every time, they finally admitted that they didn’t have a permit available and that’s why we didn’t have one. Their suggestion was to park in a pay and display a 20 minute walk away! They did reimburse us for parking costs but only after I mentioned it. The property also had a lack of cooking amenities such as salt and pepper (they had empty shakers on display) which was surprising. Although a small inconvenience, it took the whole duration of our stay to sort and longer… not something you want to be doing on holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Wave. The layout of the apartment is a little quirky but we soon got used to it. Great central location and quiet on an evening.

Perfectly located, we'll equipped, clean and tidy. The host was helpful and responsive. Ideal place for two! Highly recommend the coastal walks. And the places to eat delicious food at brilliant prices was the cherry on the top.

129 Duke Street Liverpool 2 stars for great location, attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants all close by. We loved the Duke Street Food Market and Salt House Tapas restaurants both only a few minutes walk away. Disappointed with apartment as dirty, needs a deep clean, decorating and repairs. Main entrance to apartments was very dirty and scruffy. Definitely too small to sleep 9, maybe previous party abused the place, wardrobe door was broken, quite dangerous, we were informed by text on the day of this. I contacted Charlie who sent cleaners and maintenance (TV didn't work) Shower was full of mould, after cleaners came in, mould fell off whilst in shower landing on body, horrible. Charlie was brilliant but as hosts you need to ensure apartment is as advertised. I'm not one to complain but I have put in a complaint and sent hosts lots of photos where they will look into to rectify. Wouldn't want future parties to be as disappointed as we were. Definitely stay in the area again but not at this apartment, we could have stayed at Holiday Inn Express next door for less money and with breakfast included! BTW our friends stayed there and said it was brilliant.

Great stay in The Glaisdale, Whitby. 2 bed apartment right in the heart of the town with all the sights and sounds within walking distance. I recommend staying here over a hotel or b&b if you like to have a bit more space and are with friends or family.

Watch out; 10pounds administration fee for the deposit, no communication anywhere + Middle in the city of Liverpool, a lot of noise

Fantastic accommodation. Central location and quality furnishings. From the moment we opened the door we were amazed.
