Would never book with this company again. I submitted a complaint about one of their cottages on 1st August and they still haven’t replied to me. All I receive is an email stating it has been sent to the relevant department. If I could give them zero stars I would. The cottage was filthy with an unworking toilet. Edit No joy with the complaints department after nearly 4 months of calls and emails. Please think twice on booking with this company.

Stayed in apartment 1 was very clean and spacious and very close to all restaurants and bars would definitely recommend staying here. Also hour was very helpful and always available to answer any questions

We are an elderly couple so it was a surprise to see the stairs when we arrived and take the luggage to the second floor. Appart from that the appartment was well appointed and very well located. We really enjoyed the patio and the friendly neighbours.

The flat is a good place to stay. Lots of space and interesting decor. Lovely comfortable big bed laundered bedding. Thr bath and shower are very good. The kitchen encouraging. The Lounge is a comfort with very comfortable couch. The bedroom cupboard wardrobe has a lot of space for bags etc. Host and Stay are very helpful. The owner is very attentive. The flat is walkable distance from Newhaven centre and the railway station. There are many buses all day to Eastbourne and Brighton. The terrace is great to sit out upon . Lovely view of hills in the distance. The road can be busy . The windows allow much light. The coded gate adds to the good security of both flats. I enjoyed my stay very much. I hope other guests will too.

Malton is a lovely place and many places to visit in the area the apartment was a lovely place to stay and it was nice to see the race horses coming past in the morning after their training as there's a couple of racing stables down the road so we really enjoyed our stay thanks

Let me say first off, I love this apartment. Cooks Cabin in Whitby It's bright and airy. Awesome views of the Abbey. Comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Now the problem. You get charged £50 in the price for cleaning. I had to buy some antibacterial wipes to clean the filthy draws in the bedroom. I also had to vacuum up the black and blonde hairs on the bedroom carpet( as well as a dead fly). And the kitchen cold tap was broken. Again lovely place however I bit of care and attention needed by the cleaning staff

Good location, short walk from town, although feels a little isolated in what feels like a mini business park. Very secure when inside. Excellent communication throughout. Comfy beds and clean. The apartment is a little soulless and lacking the personal/homely touches but good facilities. A few tiny improvements would be great. The towels were very musty, the iron was very cheap and the associated board had seen better days. The 10am Sunday check out is quite early, an 11am would have made all the difference.

A great house in a lovely, idyllic village location with a community shop and pub!!! Fabulous beaches close by and Alnwick only a few minutes away. The house has everything you’d need! We love to cook and it was home from home with all the things we needed even down to the cheese knives!!! Loved it! Just a little something that maybe could be added to the house info is that the Aga is not in use! We booked an online shop for our arrival which meant we didn’t need to seek out local shops until the next day! Beds are super comfy and plenty of room for 4 of us and a Monty Dog!! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

The flat itself is beautiful! Absolutely beautiful and only a short walk away from the beach too! My only concerns were the WiFi wouldn't connect and even with 5G, the signal was not the best.. unfortunately when I was there the temperature outside had dropped massively and the heating control did not work, and in the bedroom there seems to be a slight draft from the window even when shut so i was extremely cold the entire time. All facilities within the flat were perfect, the shower is absolutely divine!! And the extra touches of shower gel and shampoo, as well as tea, coffee, sugar and milk were very helpful! The amenities in the area are all within 5 minutes walk, including a Sainsbury's for any extra little things. The neighbours were a delight as well! I would most definitely come back again, if the heating worked :)

Lovely clean holiday let ,close to beach but a few issues, 1st only half a loo roll in bathroom, no bathmat ,needs handrail on wall above bath as elderly struggle in and out of bath without handrail. Banister not fastened to wall properly, be careful, A frying pan thats lost its coating and very rusty

Bell Cottage, Kirknewton A lovely setting, a very cosy cottage with everything you could need for a ‘getting away from it all’ stay. Really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and pantry. No microwave so be prepared to cook! The surrounding area is idyllic, quiet roads, hills, streams and moors, perfect for walking. We went over to Holy Island for a day - highly recommended.

Stayed at Finch House over the weekend and the place was impeccable. Lovely property, inside and out. Without a doubt up there with one of my favourite stays, Stephen the property owner was amazing to deal with and very warm and welcoming. Definitely returning! Thank you for the great stay
