We had a lovely stay for a couple of nights. The flat was clean and well equipped with a brilliant view from the kitchen/ dining juliet balcony. The beds were huge and really comfy. It is situated in the heart of the town, minutes from the station, harbour, coffee shops, pubs, supermarket. We found free parking not very far away. The only problem that I think might occur is if you have mobility issues around the stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. I particularly liked the large mugs in the kitchen, it is one of my gripes when I have to drink tea out of half sized mugs!

A great stay at 52 Old Elvet. Lovely large and well equipped apartment with all of Durham in walking distance. Some things to be aware of though. The bedroom at the front of the property gets a lot of road noise and even a conversation at street level can be heard clearly. Best take ear plugs. The window shutters also let in a lot of light. Curtains are really needed so coupled with the noise don’t anticipate a lie in beyond 7am. It wouldn't stop me recommending Old Elvet but just be aware. Showers were hot and had good pressure. The door keypad is tricky to get going at first, place your entire hand over it to get it to light up.

Useless in all aspects. Booked their property in Brighton 18th -21st July. On the first morning as you can by the photo, we woke up having to put a towel down as water was leaking into the property and the place smelt damp and mouldy. We asked for a refund, as we had to leave the property, for obvious reasons, and the fact my wife is pregnant. The refund still hasn't arrived over a month after our stay and numerous Airbnb and a phone call where the guy said he has gone "above and beyond his job" to speak to the complaints department, and that they would give me a call, have they called me? It has been 2 weeks and, of course it is a resounding no. I will continue to call as they still owe me a refund but I would avoid booking any stay with this company at all cost. I would give minus 5 stars if I had the option. Do not use this company.

Fantastic holiday home for the family, everything was well presented and clean. This was a last minute trip and made the summer holidays much more memorable by staying here. Definitely recommend to everyone and come back to with the family. Thanks the Sykes family

Great fuss free accomodation in Darlington ideally placed for the train station and only a short walk to the Arena.

Salt nook was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Situated a short walk from the centre. Having a separate bathroom and shower was perfect with a teenager. I would definitely recommend it

The apartment was very clean. the bedroom was homey and comfortable. however, there was glass on the bathroom floor which my friend stepped on. We then got told we were being too loud when we were asleep and it was the people in the other apartments. the sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. overall, it was satisfactory for the price and the location.

The accommodation was immaculate , warm and inviting. Plenty of room for our party of five. It was perfectly situated with the water front a short tho steep stroll away. The metro was even closer and we easily made it to the rugby at Sunderland from there. All the delights of the area were on our doorstep. We managed to park for free at the other end of the road for our entire stay as it is restricted outside the property. If we ever need a place to stay up there again we will be back

We had a splendid time at The Aquamarine apartment in Weymouth! Had everything we needed, from comfortable beds and sea breezes, to close-to-town activity and beach fun thank you!

We stayed at a beautiful house in Matlock which is clearly carefully cleaned and was in immaculate condition. My low scoring is for the communication. 1. Before arrival I asked about coffee making facilities and H&S said there was only a kettle, but there was a cafe next door to "grab a coffee". I took our cafetière with us, only to find that, in fact, the house did have its own. 2. As we were planning on G&TS, I asked if there was an ice cube tray. I was told H&S would check and get back to me: they didn't. I brought my own, only to discover the fridge freezer had an ice making facility. 3. The amenities listed included shampoo and shower gel, therefore we did not bring any. None were provided - so we had to go out and purchase these. When I queried this, H&S insisted it had been provided as part of the welcome pack, and perhaps I should look in the bathroom cupboards - thereby suggesting I was a) lying or b) stupid. As my search proved, no shampoo or shower gel was in the house at all. While these are all minor issues, and did not detract from our lovely weekend, they total up to a lack of genuine customer service. Double check the property when asked about it - don't rely on the listing as guests already have access to that and they are asking for inside knowledge they do not have access to. And if a customer lets you know something is missing, pop over and provide it, even if you are sure it is already there. Going the extra mile is going to guarantee those five stars.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need . Good central location yet quiet and peaceful. Dogs are welcome but do need to be kept on a lead in respect of the other properties. Definitely recommended.

Having visited Whitby many times, this is one of the best accommodations i have stayed in. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and centrally located, plus provided tea, coffee etc. There is no onsite parking, but not many have in Whitby. Will definitely book again.

Staffordshire knot was a great place to stay for our weekend in the Peak District. The accommodation was lovely. The only con was the downstairs bedroom is very close to the front door and the front door does not seem very secure allowing lots of flies in. However once upstairs we don’t get as bothered. The downstairs bedroom also has quite a few holes in the ceiling. Living room and dining area was very spacious. As was the kitchen. It could be helpful to have a few more dishwasher tablets. The website and welcome book had lots of useful information. Hartington is a lovely town and the trail from there included lots of views for the camera. We also went to dove dale and the trail there was amazing. We had a lovely time here and can’t wait to be back.
