Lovely place to stay, great location and well set out. Has been decorated well, and is well maintained and clean. Has everything you need and we had a really enjoyable stay! Would definitely recommend.

I spent three nights in the SevenStays building in Liverpool. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. It's definitely a district focused on nightlife so for the most part I'd recommend those interested in revelry – but I didn't really party and found that the walls were thick enough to block out the music from the street, or anyone next door. As for the apartment itself I did remote work comfortably and found it very conveniently located for exploration. And Host & Stay were very accommodating and responsive – and great to have a concierge in the lobby!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Instructions were very clear to access the property and what was available inside it etc. No hassle and it had a key box to let ourselves in. The cottage was clean and tidy when we arrived and well laid out. The furnishings were cosy and thoughtful. The bathrooms were clean with hot water for showers and baths. There was a small utility room with a washing machine and space to hang up coats to dry out. Within 3 minute walking distance of the pub and on Nidderdale Way. It is up a steep hill and when the wind was blowing during the night, it was loud in the back bedroom. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. They could provide some small cooking supplies (salt, olive oil) although tea and coffee were provided.

Excellent accommodation. Everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Apartment could not have been more central for visiting Liverpool. Car port was great as not needed when there. Only issue was additional £25 required insurance, which we were not expecting but we may have missed small print when booking.

BEWARE SCAM. Host has hidden conditions to pay compulsory insurance of £25 or £200 deposit. This is normally not allowed with AirBnB but they avoid this by setting up an external website. AVOID NOT BE RIPPED OFF. Also property itself is not particularly brilliant. It located on a side street which is infested by sea gull and pigeons so expect no sleep and bring an umbrella for entering the property.

This property is finished to a high standard and was very clean. Location was good for us visiting family in the Wakefield area. It's next to a main road but was very quiet and peaceful. The property is very spacious. Personally we would have preferred a dining table rather than a pool table, but obviously we knew what we were getting when we booked, and some people may love the pool table. We did find it was a little 'style over substance' though since it was missing some basic things. There is no teapot or cafetiere, no draining board next to the sink, and no provision of basic foodstuffs like sugar, salt, oil etc. There were 3 of us staying, but I imagine an extra chair in the lounge would be needed if there were 4 guests. A little extra attention to those details would have got 5 stars.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location, walking distance to pubs, cafes, bakers, butchers, shops, hairdressers, fish and chip shops and of course the Beach which we visited and was fabulous. The apartment itself has everything and more to make your stay perfect. Comfortable beds nice and bright rooms, fabulous decor and although the apartment is above a pub that did not bother us one bit. We cannot wait to book and stay here again. Amazing amazing amazing

We have just got home after staying here for 2 nights at a shepherd hut in wales, and my god, it was the most incredible time. We had booked stargazing, which wasn’t successful due to the weather, however coming back to this gem of a hut made it a better experience. It was unbelievably clean, which is a must for me, and it smelt beautiful in the hut! The area was peaceful with only 2 other huts by, but luckily we had the place to ourselves. The attention to detail didn’t go missed, underfloor heating, bath salts, the local butchers sausages, bacon, butter and milk to the body care and hand wash everything was perfect and the cheeky bottle of Prosecco. The bath tub was the cherry on top, after a full days hiking around waterfalls it was our saviour, a bit of calm and tranquility whilst looking over the Welsh countryside, bliss. The his and hers shower in the stunning bathroom was incredible. We will 1000% book again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely stay at Oasis Cottage over the Easter weekend. Busy weekend with the scooter rally but despite this and the close location to the town, it was really quiet. Very clean, all amenities provided. Just be aware that the streets leading to the cottage are narrow and if you have a big car, you’ll need to take your time to park at the property. Once parked though, it’s great to have a parking space at the cottage - we would definitely book again.

Had a fabulous long weekend at Paradise Cottage. Superbly located in the centre of Whitby, with the bonus of a parking space. The Cottage is very nicely furnished, spotless with everything you need, couldn't fault it. When we return to Whitby will definitely book Paradise Cottage.

We had a lovely stay here in their property in Whitby for a few days for our honeymoon! The apartment was pristinely clean, very modern, spacious and private. We were sent an extremely useful guide via email before our stay with all the check-in instructions and information; it even had recommendations for local places to eat, sights to see etc which was brilliant. Location was perfect, it’s just around the corner from the whale bones up on the west cliff, and a short walk down to the town centre (be prepared for hills, though that’s unavoidable in Whitby!) Many thanks for our wonderful stay here :)

We had a lovely 2 night stay in Whitby Bay at the Cinder Track Hideaway. The apartment was lovely, it was clean, decorated with a Whitby theme and had everything we needed. It was only a 10min walk from the town centre which saved us from having to try and sort out parking when visiting the town centre. I would highly recommend this host and we will definitely be using them again in the future, if not back at Whitby.

Beautiful apartment and in close proximity to everything for a weekend away. Well equipped apartment and stunning views of the beach. Definitely try Olivers for the fish and chips and Gabrielle’s for INCREDIBLE ice creams and deserts. The arcades were well priced with decent wins/prizes. Very close to the local high street for everything you need. Lots of stairs to flat 2 but we managed to get parked in zone H so wasn’t too bad plus got your steps in! Will deffo be back for another visit - all locals soooo friendly too!

We used Host & Stay for our York accommodation needs. We loved our accomodation and would recommend using Host & Stay not just based on the accomodation, but their customer service was also excellent. They left a goodies basket in the accomodation for when I arrived which was a lovely, thoughtful touch! We will be using Host & Stay for more upcoming trips!

A great Apartment that was immaculate, Comfortable bed, bright and modern! It really is all about the location.. 5mins walk to the swing bridge in the centre of Whitby! The only downside is the parking, because it's down a little alleyway where there are several other holiday let's.. You have to unload your things in a loading bay on a one way system! Scratch cards are provided but it's a bit awkward dropping your stuff off then finding a parking space! Especially when you are on your own with a dog! But parking in Whitby can be an issue! I think for the price I'd stay again 👍

Brilliant little house for a Whitby stay. Close to the town centre (about 10 mins walk around the harbour). Chippy just next door, pub a few doors up. Great house - plenty of room to chill & enjoy. Clean & tidy. Well kept. Added bonus of free parking on a nearby driveway was excellent. Would recommend
