Fantastic little cottage immaculate condition. Well stocked kitchen great shower and bed so comfortable. Well situated an the end of the village with great bars ,cafés and river walks all dog friendly . We would definitely recommend and be returning .

Rock House, Matlock Fabulous house furnished to a very high standard and immaculately clean. We had a very enjoyable stay everything you could need in the kitchen including a double air fryer. The beds are very comfy and the roll-top bath was so relaxing after a long day out walking. We would highly recommend and happily return if we get the chance.

To start with, great communication and instructions. The apartment is nicely located for the town and railway station. Decor and quality of furnishing is also top notch, quality kitchen units and cooking facilities, two superb TVs in the loung and bedroom. Bathroom modern with great shower and bath optikns. Nothing but praise for Host & Stay and this Harrogate apartment. I don't think anyone would be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic apartment - everything catered for and so much clear and helpful communication. Location is ideal for the town and seafront. Private parking space is a real bonus. The apartment caters for every need and is beautifully laid out. Would definitely recommend.

Stone Row cottage was a perfect base for us to explore the surrounding area. The cottage was well equipped and really cozy and comfortable. I loved the little artefacts dotted around such as driftwood and other beach finds. I would love details of the reed diffusers as they smelled so lovely. From the cottage we walked the secret beach with the dog most mornings, used the bus to get to and from Whitby, walked the costal path into Saltburn (got the bus back). Even managed a pub quiz at the Ship Inn during our stay - again getting the bus there and back, we do have a car but using the local bus service allows flexibility to have a few beverages. The main bus (x4) was just a 16 min walk from the cottage and was always on time. We enjoyed a drive to Staithes and also Robin Hood’s bay too.

Great house to stay in for family/friend group get together. Really well equipped, spacious and so close to the beach! Lovely comfy beds and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay thanks.

This is not a bad house. It's clean and tidy and perfectly serviceable. However this is a place best kept for adults only and not young families. The bedroom doors are spring loaded fire doors and there was no where warning us about this: resulting in my eldest trapping his finger and breaking it (although Corby Minor injuries was very good). One of the waste covers in the rear of the garden had a hole in it the perfect size for an infants foot so we couldn't let them play outside. The property comprised of two single beds and a queen on the first floor and a queen and single on the second floor with a second pull out option. Meaning that this house could easily have 6-8 people stay. Yet the dining table only had four seats. This meant whilst my four children could all sit. My boyfriend and I couldn't. When I stripped the beds on check out (something I always do to help with check out) I found all the matriss protectors to be stained. So whilst it's not bad. It is suitable only for adults and has some way to bring it up to a 5* review.

Great stay at Host & Stay Ropewalks - Liverpool. Apartment had all requirements, perfect location and parking garage was a bonus, especially in the area. Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Lovely place and well set up. Great location and a good set up for a large group. Only thing I would say is that they need to send rules and bits before the stay. I felt like I got messages during my stay about rules such a smoking and damage during my stay. When I should have got them before. Other than that. Cannot complain at all
