A review for 'Breckon Cottage' on Pier Lane, Whitby! Location wise - this is most likely the closest you will get to the 'River Esk' and the vast array of shops, pubs and chip shops (is it noisy? - not at all - it is surprisingly very quiet as 'Breckon Cottage' is up on the cobbled 'Pier Lane'. The cottage itself was lovely, inviting and warm. Downstairs - there is a large kitchen and a living room which we found to be very comfortable nicely furnished. Upstairs - two bedrooms and a shower / toilet room. No complaints at all. My wife and children really enjoyed the cottage and the location as it was so central to what Whitby had to offer. Breckon Cottage to: -Pier Rd (Shops, Pubs and Chip shops) less than 1 minute -Dracula Experience - less than 1 minute walk -Beach / Battery Parade / West Pier - less than a 5 minute walk Really lovely place

I love staying here, i have stayed in apartment one and two. They are so helpful when ever you need them. The apartment is always clean and tidy on our arrival and there is always things supplied that we will need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sevenstays Aparthotel in Liverpool, managed by Host & Stay, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience! First and foremost, the location is absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Liverpool, it’s incredibly convenient to explore the city. Whether you’re here for shopping, dining, or sightseeing, everything is just a short walk away. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the superb instructions provided by the Host & Stay team. They made sure everything was clearly communicated, from accessing the keys to all the necessary details about the apartment. It was such a relief to have a hassle-free start to my stay. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and I was thrilled to find the apartment impeccably clean. It was spotless from top to bottom, which made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the moment I walked in. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. Modern furnishings and tasteful decor made it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, my stay at Sevenstays Aparthotel was outstanding. If you're planning a trip to Liverpool, I highly recommend staying here. The flat was lovely and as described. Checkin was easy. However some of the reviews said there was not enough kitchen utensils etc. so I messaged in advance to ask if this problem had been fixed, Host & Stay said it had been fixed. When we got there there was only 4 forks, not enough small plates and very scant saucepans etc. Although I wasn’t planning on cooking a three course meal at the property a fork each for breakfast would have been expected and convenient. I bought knives and forks and left them at the property. Host & Stay must not ignore the feedback of their customers.

The house was five minutes walk to everything in Seahouses. It had everything you need for you stay including bedding and towels. The place was very well presented and in very good condition. It has a good size garden as well. Only complaint was the wife found the master bedroom bed very uncomfortable ( hard ) but it was ok for me. We would both stay here again.

Our host, Charlie, was very personable and responsive to any queries we had. Our flat in Liverpool was in a great location and very accommodating to our family of 4. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is perfect and the the apartment was more than big enough for 3 of us we had really good weekend and the apartment made life easy we could cook food and enjoy watching the euros with a few pre drinks cannot thank you enough

Sunset view is a lovely holiday home with fabulous views. Very clean and well appointed. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. No complaints at all ,would definitely use again.

Lovely apartment. Very clean, well equipped, beds are very comfortable and the decor is really nice. Location is fantastic with it being a 10 minute walk to the centre. And parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Great check in which was flexible. Great location we walked into central York in 30mins, off road parking No recycling facilities which meant we took ours home Lovely home with lots of space A shame we couldn't have a later check out but it worked out anyway

Brilliant location in Liverpool city centre (Arguile Street) , exceptionally clean & spacious apartment with comfy beds & all mod cons. Great communication from the team pre & post check in. We will book this again for sure.

Stayed 2 nights at the Milton in Saltburn-by-the-Sea - great location for shops and train station, lovely apartment can sleep 5, amazing TV! We would definitely come back - oh its dog friendly as well!

Booked accommodation for two nights in Liverpool; unfortunately, the accommodation we were due to stay in had a leak the day we arrived! The team however managed to sort this for us and got us in alternative accommodation with no disruption to our trip. Couldn’t have been more apologetic even though it obviously wasn’t their fault. The accommodation we got moved to was actually a brand new property, and had all the facilities we required and was lovely and clean. We were just unsure of the WiFi password or how to access; this could be because it was a new property or we just didn’t look in the correct place. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely seek out the same company when travelling again :)
