We really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% stay again. It was so nicely decorated and a great central location with everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The outside patio was a nice touch too. It was lovely to meet the owners, who were so accommodating. No complaints at all, the only note would be that the bathroom is not the most suitable for tall people but luckily most of our group were under 5”4.

If you need immediate help or support then don’t bother calling the number for support as they are not based in the UK. I left my pregnancy pillow in an accommodation and two days later still being passed around different contacts to retrieve item. No one knows what is happening and constantly having to be put on hold and told they will call me back and never do.

Lovely clean apartment with many modern fixtures. Couple of small issues that were acknowledged straight away but not rectified during our short break. The apartment is on the third floor so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I would happily stay here again and would recommend to others.

Stayed in one of their properties in Whitby, absolute shambles. Cobwebs, poorly maintained and decorated, oven that doesn't work properly, poorly equipped, no rubbish collection from the previous occupiers or whilst we were here and dirty all round.

Great stay in Liverpool. Location perfect for all we wanted to do. Apartment very very comfortable for our group of 7+. The three bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen were lovely to have. All of the large lovely windows provided beautiful views of the cobble stone streets and cathedral as well as a nice breeze when opened. Three generations 17 year old - 80 year olds loved it. Easy to get in, settled and to travel around from. Highly recommend.

Het was een heerlijk huisje voor ons bezoek aan Alnwick, van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en comfortabel, zou het zeer aanbevelen.

Situated in a nice quiet village but with shop, garage & pub. Comfortable cottage, clean with all amenities. Grass area with seats at rear.

We loved our stay in Whitby. The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and perfect for a family if 4. The apartment is situated a 10 minute walk from the main part of town and have all the amenities we needed.

This company spend more time asking you if you want a private chef to attend your premises, than dealing with problems once you have reached your destination. Reached our holiday let, no WiFi (which I eventually sorted), a flat screen TV with no programmes programmed and was un-programmable. Coffee machine with no coffee, dishwasher with no pods, washer with no detergent. I could go on. The place was a building site, concrete mixer, 4 vans and noise you can't imagine. The place and my car was covered in a thick layer of dust. Rang them at 1724 on 4th August 2025, back home now and still no resolution. Thank You so much. Booking ref: 6887.319.904

Bedrooms spacious & comfortable, kitchen & bathroom had an unpleasant smell and not clean. Toilets & showers downstairs. Outside garden & patio area , overgrown & full of weeds , no patio furniture

Great little cottage in the lake district, a nice view out the front, parking spot, treks and kayaking nearby, but still quiet in the actual cottage.

This apartment was furnished just as described and clean. It was spacious enough for 6 adults. Everything worked although the tap in the kitchen has a steady drip. We were disappointed that it was in the basement as all the pictures online gave us to believe it would be upstairs with natural light. Most disappointing was the paint peeling in patches on nearly all the walls. We have stayed in many air bnb properties recently and they have all been better maintained than this corporate apartment. The host 'Charlie' is obviously a ruse to make it feel more personal but I think it would be better not to pretend - the lack of care of the fabric of the flat made it obvious that Charlie is non existent!
