Lemonade Arch is a lovely property, and was ideal for our large family group. It's only a short 10 minute level walk into Whitby town centre and has a pub and fish and chips shop very close by. As the house has three flights of stairs it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues although there is a bedroom on the first floor where the lounge/kitchen diner is situated. We would have appreciated at least one bedroom having twin beds but all had doubles or larger and just one single bed in with a larger bed. Also, I'd advise taking blackouts for the bedroom windows if you're sensitive to the light as the Venetian blinds don't block out the light adequately, in my opinion. Other than that, it's a great house in a lovely location with the added advantage of two parking places.

Can’t fault anything. The accommodation was spotless and nicely decorated, we all felt we had been spoilt for such a reasonable price. The setting was perfect too - nice quiet open spaces. Very relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house. Very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything you needed and was very bright. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were very comfy. Host and Stay were great who kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be booking with them again

A nice apartment in lovely peaceful area of Liverpool, yet only a short distance from the centre and Albert Dock. The apartment on the whole is great, however the main bedroom bed was noisy, either not properly assembled, or missing a part!! Perhaps someone could investigate that problem?

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Im Appartment war alles, was wir brauchten. Nur das 2-Personenbett im Schlafzimmer war etwas schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Dennoch würden wir es weiterempfehlen.

When we first stepped into Coastguard cottage, Scarborough, I fell in love with it straight away. I loved all the décor, everything matched well and it was just really cute and cosy. I imagine it would be really nice in winter as well. I felt safe and felt relaxed. The bathroom was massive and really spacious and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were well presented.. It was spacious and plenty of facilities and resources to cook with in the kitchen if needed. There was also a washing machine. The garden was lovely to sit out in both on a morning and a night. It was super close to the beach which was ideal for us even if the walk up the hill did nearly kill us off so be mindful of that if you have mobility issues. We also found a little obstacle course around the corner from where we were staying which the kids enjoyed. The opposite neighbour was really nice and friendly. Towels and toilet rolls were provided. A few people said the key was hard to find. I found it well but took a few goes to figure out how to open it to get the key out but I did it eventually. When I messaged for support or had any questions, they were really quick to get back to me. I will definitely book to stay here again

Very cosy and clean accommodation. Well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher but had everything else you would need). Very good location close to beaches. (There is a blackbird nesting in the back garden opposite the kitchen window feeding chicks - so we tried not to disturb it!)

Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Liverpool. Comfortable beds and tasteful décor. Everything you need in kitchen. Few minor defaults in the bathrooms - flickering light, loose toilet seat, rain setting on show didn't work but aside from that really nice place. Would stay again.

Penrheol Farmhouse is an absolute gem. Fantastic views, sheep outside the window in the morning, good beds, and a kitchen that allows for communal cooking and dining. We were a group of seven people ranging from 17 to 50 years of age, and none of us wanted to leave when our time was up. We even met the owner, Robert, who was very hospitable and had many good stories to tell.

I would love to give a proper review, but I’m being harassed with invoices for a “missing coffee maker”. I hope someone can read my emails. Maybe this will get someone’s attention.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at heather house, great location and the house was clean and well looked after. There were lots of books and games in the lounge which we enjoyed looking at and playing. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we made full use of the washing machine and dryer as we had 3 children with us. Some of the floor boards were a bit creaky but wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Place was great but unfortunately not the cleanest. There was food left in the microwave, couch was stained and glasses weren't clean. Bathroom was clean and so was the bedding. Enjoyed our stay despite the flaws.

The location was perfect for a getaway weekend. It was easy to find and parking was only a short walk. On arrival, there was a slight musty smell, especially in the cupboards, but once you opened the windows it was fine. The communal area was great, a large enough dining table for everyone to sit around. Although, it is supposed to cater for 12, there were only 5 mugs and 9 plates, which I thought was unusual. We had to buy some paper plates of our own. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It would have been handy to have a hook on the back of the bedroom doors and the bathroom doors, for convenience. It needs a little TLC, there was some damp around the windows and on the blinds. One of the bedrooms upstairs, the handle was falling off. Good value for money.

My family of 3 generation have just returned from a 3 night stay in the Riverrunn Apartment. The apartment was well equipped for self catering, nicely furnished with stunning views. Communications between us and Host & Stay were excellent. We will definitely return.
