Fabulous cottage in a superb location. Nice clean place with all the amenities. Cromer is a great place to stay and places like Sheringham, wroxham for the Norfolk Broads, Holkham beach and Norwich are well worth a visit.

The cottage suited us perfectly as it was centrally located and near to the beach. We were delighted with the gift basket! The facilities were great….a good shower & well equipped kitchen, & nice linen in both bedrooms. The locale was very quiet…all in all a most enjoyable stay for 2 older ladies & dog!

Lovely cottage with all the amenities one would expect. We really enjoyed our stay here in this delightful part of the country. The cottage was very welcoming on arrival - pots of beautiful plants and hanging baskets added to the charm. Free parking on site was an added bonus.

Very grubby place, but worse was the stains on one of the bed sheets which took host and stay three days to replace

2 night stay in Scarborough at Sanderling Chase and couldn’t have been happier. Apartment very modern and clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms comfortable. Had games and entertainment. The place was above a cute coffee shop so handy in the morning. On a busy street but not particularly noisy. Parking strictly not available but overnight we could always park right outside the flat and the hours we wanted to park there were free anyway. Would recommend!

A lovely weekend in the loft. Booking was straightforward, communication was great throughout and it was easy to get the keys and access the apartment. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking into the town and beach.

Lovely quaint little cottage. Had all the essentials and comfort for a few lovely days away. Off road parking and enclosed front & rear garden made this perfect for bringing along the dog. Cottage was clean, comfy double bed and nice hot shower. Four stars rather than five, just due to no cupboard space for food in the kitchen, but not a problem if staying a few nights & eating out (I was travelling with two children that needed more snacks than clothes!) & the single bed mattress could do with replacing or a topper (springs were a little uncomfortable) Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Lovely Stay for a Quadruple Birthday Celebration! We had a fantastic stay at Woodside House with family and friends to celebrate four birthdays! The house is incredibly spacious — perfect for our group of 14 — and exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, well-kept, and all listed amenities were provided as promised. The owners, Nikki and her husband, were lovely and welcoming — thank you both for sharing your wonderful property with us! They live next door, which made communication easy thanks to the intercom system. Plenty of parking space was available, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The house is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us, and we really enjoyed using the hot tub and BBQ grill — both are a must-try, even in the summer! As expected during summertime, there were a few spiders around, but nothing that caused concern. A few suggestions for improvement: • Bath mats in all bathrooms would be helpful. • The downstairs bedroom next to the large dining area has no mobile signal or Wi-Fi, so a Wi-Fi booster would make a big difference. • It gets quite hot upstairs in summer; only one room had a fan. While this is understandable in the UK climate, having more fans available would improve comfort. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you again, Nikki and your husband, for making us feel so welcome!

The location is great, 5 min. walk to the beach and High Street. The property is nicely furnished and well-equipped, although some parts are in need of a renovation. We felt at home, however, it definitely needs deep cleaning. The windows were so dirty that you could hardly see through and opening them was difficult. There‘s no outside space for drying wet towels, which can be annoying after a day at the beach. Parking was okay, there was usually a space somewhere in Nelson Road. Because of the great location and nice atmosphere we wold give the property a four-star rating. However, dealing with the company was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we found a pile of used, still damp towels and linen stuffed under one of the beds. It might have been forgotten there by the cleaners. As space was limited, we asked the company to to remove those things. As we contacted them, we we first asked for evidence of the situation and after sending a photo, they promised to reach out to us. But no one ever contacted us again and the used linen and towels weren‘t removed. Customer service seems to be non-existent. I feel sorry for the owners of the property, who should choose their agency more carefully.

We have just returned from a lovely 3 day stay. A lovely cosy clean cottage with everything in you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside being that we hadn’t taken note of the fact that the loo isn’t on the same floor as the bedrooms. Also, our fault, we hadn’t noticed that to get out of the double beds (very comfy) I had to clamber over my husband, whilst trying not to bash my head on the low beams! Being an older couple, this was not ideal. However, our fault. I was that impressed with the quality of the cottage and the price (excellent value) that in our haste to book it we hadn’t read all the details. The sitting room is also up a flight of stairs. We were lucky with the parking - managing to get a very lucky space at the top of the street- otherwise we would have had to seek out the car parks. No complaints and would definitely use the company again based on the quality and cleanliness of this property. We would just fully check out all the facilities.

We stayed 4 nights at High Street Caernarfon. 3 large bedrooms, all with double beds, one with a sofa and TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and tea/coffee, cleaning materials were supplied. Dining table can fit 6, sofa and a TV in lounge area. There is a large utility area, and a small seating area with 2 armchairs and a bookshelf. There is also a semi- outdoor terrace, with a pergola with opening roof. High Street is within the walled town, only a few minutes from several bars, restaurants and takeaways. Convenient for the Castle, and Welsh highland Railway. There is no parking in site or outside, but there are large public carparks nearby. The Castle carpark is almost £16 for 24 hours, but the ones near Morrisons are £7.70 (July 2025 prices). Free parking at the Marina/Sailing club but rarely a space free. On-street parking is often full, and/or limited to 45 minutes, so really those near Morrisons are the best bet.
