Fantastic place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and within walking distance of a nice pub. The bed was comfy, shower a really good size and everything was spotlessly clean. Decor pleasing and a fully equipped kitchen, with a few nice touches of complimentary items. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

The house has 7 rooms, all with double beds, its very spacious so 14 of us were very comfortable during our stay. It's fully equipped and has lots of games for us to play too. The hot tub was regularly used! Would definitely recommend & stay again.

a lovely place to stay friendly in the local pubs with regards to the property very well kept clean and quiet. can i suggest hooks on bathroom door for your clothes, towels etc tap requires tightening in bathroom (loose). smaller cereal bowls the ones there are more pasta type plates

Had a lovely stay in Brighton. The apartment was bigger than expected. Very clean and a great location. Stayed with my husband and two children. Access to the apartment was straightforward. Parking is available on the street but not guaranteed a space. We used a car park down the road which was only a 10 min walk away after unloading our car.

Absolutely beautiful house, perfect for what we needed for the weekend in Brighton. Beds super comfy, all kitted out and a short walk from all the hustle and bustle! Just perfect. Easy 5⭐️

Stayed in the sea watcher apartment for a couple of days, its a really great place very clean , and everything you need for a self catering establishment, great views of Whitby sea front. Definitely recommend and looking forward to another visit.

On first impressions the apartment was excennent, well equipped, bright and airy. After showering the first morning a sour damp smell filled tbe whole apartment and persisted for the rest ot our stay, 6 days. We tried to eliminate the smell but no amount of bleach/air freshner coild cover it up. The sofa was a rather tatty, dirty and uncomfortable old thing, a bit like sitting on a sack of rocks. Now my big quibble. Due to what I believe was a booking error we left the apartmeent on our last day there and found all of our posessions dumped on the landing. I contacted Host and Stay to find out what was happening to be told that we should have vacated that morning. They say that they called my number to inform us but there's no record of that on my call log. No messages or emails either. Now that's strange as all their contacts before our stay came through ok. Anyway,

The house itself was spacious, clean and in the heart of Bridlington so it made exploring the area very easy. However there are a few areas of the house itself that needs attention, the exterior at the front and back need a bit of TLC, the bar/ games room was completely empty so if that was your selling point then maybe rethink. We were a family of three so the house was way too big for us. It’s definitely worth it if you fill all the rooms and the hot tub was lovely if only a little overlooked by neighbours. I will say the cleaning fee is very expensive and I did not see any proof of why it was so expensive.

Amazing views. Great set up with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal with couples sharing or in our case grown up kids. Love the upside down arrangement giving views across the bay. It is a little bit of a hike, but if you know Scarborough old town everywhere is. Parking was quite good and the vistor permits helped. Bit surprise only eout for one car, in a 6 person house. Facilities were clean and reasonable well sorted. bizarre lack of oven gloves and only one teatowel. But overall be very happy to go back, even just to sit and watch the waves roll across the bay.

DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK PLEASE!!!!! I have been in a dispute with them for a MONTH as there system messed up and charged me a deposit they refuse to refund. Got to me to fill out a complaint form, ignored ALL my emails, raised complaint with Booking.com and they refuse to resolve it. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY. They cancelled my booking after saying they would withhold payment. Attempted next day to take money then cancelled and refuse to give me the deposit I wrong paid back (due to a mess in their system). Other reviews also claim HORRENDOUS customer service. Please god stay away!! They have stolen my money and just won’t reply.
