The location and comfort is outstanding. Really good beds, comfortable seating and TV with Netflix. Beach just across the street, high street 2 blocks away. Parking spaces easy to find. Balcony is extra bonus.

Nice property with plenty of space and all required amenities. Very comfortable beds and bedding. The parking situation isn’t ideal and would be great to be supplied with a couple of guest permits. The showers have to work really hard when multiple are in use at the same time so there were a few cold moments. The house was also very cold when we arrived but did heat up quickly with an easy to use thermostat. Would certainly come back.

Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful village. Fantastic tea rooms and pub serving magnificent food close by. Would have appreciated a shower even over the bath!

Very Cosy cottage. Great location evry thing you could think of except a dishwasher in the kitchen. Only down side the bathroom is down stairs from the bedrooms at the other side of the cottage.

We had a lovely weekend staying in Flora, a Host & Stay apartment in Whitby. We booked through a 3rd party, and once paid Host & Stay made contact making sure I had all the details I needed before my stay. The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous (so nice I’ve taken some inspiration for me redecorating), and it was in a great location for us to have a super weekend. We’ve already recommended it to others as I think they’d love it too

Terrible company . They cancelled my booking and then tried to keep my money stating I had no cancellation refund policy. After three weeks of messages i finally managed to get most of my money back but was again told the £25 damage waiver fee I had paid was non refundable. Suffice to say i shall never use this company again . Shocking customer service.

Easy and convenient booking with Host & Stay. Plus a wonderful guidebook on our property/local area. There was a separate insurance fee charged that I would have preferred as one lump payment/incorporated into rates.

Very cosy apartment with spectacular views of Redcar beach, and walking distance the town centre. Ideal for home office and holidays. My only complaint would be that the Nespresso machine is so modern it wasn't possible to find capsules for it in the supermarket, but this gave me the opportunity to rediscover instant coffee! I will definitely stay here if the apartment available for future visits.

Gorgeous views, really peaceful surroundings. Easy to find despite its remote location. The barn itself was decorated beautifully and there were so many little touches that made it such a lovely place to stay.

We found Harbour View House to be a large, tastefully decorated property with stunning views across Whitby harbour. We were a party of 9 celebrating a significant birthday and were delighted with the facilities the house provided, especially the on site 2 car parking which is appreciated on this busy street. The bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, crisp linen and plenty of towels. We appreciated the lounge area comfortably furnished with 3 large sofas and side tables. The outside space was also very much appreciated although the larger area on the lower level would benefit from some weeding it wasn't a major problem. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good supply of china and glassware. However cleaning materials and dishwasher tabs were in short supply. The only truly negative aspect we found is that as a party of 9 using every bit of the accommodation 2 bathrooms are somewhat inadequate. We found the steps within the property along with the outside steps to the road below could, with care, be managed by our very senior family members.
