Fabulous cottage in a great location in Whitby. A parking scratch card is provided to allow free on street parking. Only a few minutes into town and lots of fabulous cafes nearby for breakfast. The cottage itself is cosy, set over three floors, and dog friendly! There was a lovely welcome hamper and treats left for the dog. The owner is really lovely and the communication was excellent all the way through. Lots of lovely touches in the cottage such as coffee machine and smart tv. Had a fab time and will definitely be back soon!!

The place itself was immaculate, sadly the fridge freezer wasn't working properly from the outset, eventually packing up on the last night and the toilet roll was really poor quality. That said,we enjoyed our stay overall.Thank you.

Stayed at sunflower cottages northumberland via host and stay. The cottage was fabulous. It was clean and large. Beds were comfortable and provision of bathroom accessories was a surprise. There is even a TV in the bedrooms. We would definitely return. Dont be put off by the financial stuff on damage and insurance. Paying the extra £25 is worth it. Everything there if you needed it. A bit cold at times so take an extra jumper. It is in a place that can easily access the beach, Bamburgh and Alnwick. We even drove to Berwick and took a train to Edinburgh for the day. Seahouses is quite a vibrant area considering it is so small. More life than Bamburgh village. Lots of restaurants.

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Littlebeck house. It’s set in a lovely little hamlet, right next to the ‘little beck’ and close to the railway- the added bonus of hearing the steam train ‘toot’ 4 times a day which was a hit with my 2 year old! It’s literally a 8-10 minute drive to all the attractions in Whitby depending on the time of day, couldn’t have asked for a better location. There’s also the added bonus of a soft play a 3 minute drive away, perfect for the one rainy morning we had. The house itself is beautifully decorated with Hive heating and the comfiest of beds, the decor is beautiful and we loved the comfy sofa. What makes me give it 4 and not 5 stars can be easily rectified- and this would be up there with some of the nicest accommodation we’ve had- The patio and garden are accessed by a side alley- there is no gate, an issue for us with a toddler and a dog. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with all utensils and Crockery, however no other ‘staples’ such as oil, salt pepper and other condiments- this would have been appreciated Limited toilet roll- 4 rolls for 3 bathrooms, and no hand towel in the downstairs loo Cleaning products- we where left with 2 bin bags, 5 dishwasher tablets, one tea towel and 2 j cloths. Some additional cloths towels and a spray cleaner would have been really useful, as the accommodation guide does reiterate several times how it expects the property to be kept clean. The points above are in no way a criticism of the property, mere pointers based on other places we stayed. We had a wonderful week and wouldn’t hesitate to come back- thankyou!

Homledene, Muston nr Filey Our family of 8, 3 generations stayed here for two nights. Lovely, clean, well maintained and appointed. Nice and spacious. Kiddy gate at bottom of stairs but not at top. So we just had to be a bit more vigilant. We took our own travel cot too as no cot,but there was a highchair🙂. Great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in Whitby at this house. It was homely, clean and plenty of room. All of the facilities worked great, we cooked and ate mainly at the house. It was missing a few things like salt and pepper, some washing up sponges, that would have been nice to be included. It is a short downhill walk into central Whitby. Perfect for popping in and no need to drive. I would definitely recommend this property if you are thinking of staying in Whitby.

We stayed in One Love Harrogate. Excellent location, easy check in, quiet & safe complex. Cleaning could be greatly improved. Dirty grill pan found in oven, fridge was smelly, a used vape left in kitchen cupboard. The main bathroom not very clean, soap scum on the glass shower panel and the drain would benefit from being declogged as the water was slow to drain, causing it to flood the floor. Hairs and clothing labels were left in main bedroom. Generally found the apartment a bit tired, the walls and sofa were marked and would have benefit from a freshen up & deeper clean as some areas dusty. Also, disappointing that you can’t leave the car later than 10 am on check out as the “cleaner” needs access however, the apartment was found not to be very clean and the dishwasher was on and filled when we checked in at around 5pm indicating that the cleaner had not long left..? A suggestion - Leave an extension lead as the plugs are not sited close to full length mirrors or mirrors suitable for hair styling.

A clean and comfortable apartment with parking. Bed especially comfortable and essentials in the apartment. Contact with host and stay very good, with quick replies to any query. WIFI very disspointing. Be aware that the price you pay increases as they then ask for a security deposit and charge a handling fee for this. Yoy do pay a premium price for this property.

The flat was very nicely decorated and well appointed and had everything that we needed. The one issue we had was with trying to find it, as Google maps directed us to the shut up shop in front. We had to phone the help line who were very helpful, to locate the entrance which was in the street behind the shop. We think the best thing would be to include a drawn map showing exactly where the place is. Parking is not easy. The location is very handy as a base to visit really fabulous places like the RSPB place along the cliff, and Robin Hood Bay, and Filey. Especially good for walkers.

Great property, excellent communication. Parking is a challenge but perfectly understandable, and with a little patience and research can be overcome. The quality and location of the property makes it worthwhile

We booked a house in Whitby. The house is tidy, clean, furnished comfortablely. Utensils and table wares are sufficient enough. The staff kept well and fast communication with us. We all stayed with a enjoyable holiday there.

We stayed 3 nights at the dunes redcar and loved every minute. Such a beautiful place to stay, cosy clean and everything you need all there. Towels, tea towels. Washing up liquid sponges the list is endless. I was gutted to leave. Absolutely worth every penny to stay there. We are a middle aged couple so plenty of room the bed was massive and comfortable. Watch out for the parking zone apparently zone E is in another area. The pans are in a drawer under the cooker, the cooker took a bit of working out if not used to an electric hob but we worked it out eventually with Google. The frying pan needs replacing but that's the only gripe. Fully recommended 👌

We had a fantastic stay at the Ellerbeck Cabin in the woods at Ladycross Plantation Park Whitby, The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay, it was spotlessly clean and in a lovely peaceful location, yet a quick and easy drive in to Whitby.

Stayed for two nights from the 7th September. Fantastic apartment in Whitby, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. A good 15 minute walk into town, but not an issue as we're quite fit. I can't think of anything the apartment was missing, although my wife said a socket near a mirror would have been nice to do her hair. We'll definitely use this company again. Steve

Great communication. Great location. Spacious cottage with what could be a lovely outdoor space. Dirty and neglected inside and out. Dust, mould, blocked en-suite sink and broken toilet seat. Cobwebs and flies and too many windows that couldn’t be opened. What a shame …. It feels like the owners and management don’t know what state the cottage is in when guests arrive.

A very comfortable and cosy cottage. Close to Ruswarp station to get to Whitby. Bedroom window was small and therefore the bedroom became stuffy and warm. We had to sleep with the window open but the noise from the traffic on the busy road was horrendous. Really could do with AC. Confusing options of £25 damage waiver or £250 damage deposit. Had to call company to ensure we’d paid for everything correctly. Far too many ‘ensure you have departed by 10am’ emails. One, the day before would be enough. Overall a really nice stay and value for money.

Worst stay we have ever had,we stayed at KNIGHTS RETREAT in whitby (mon-thurs)we were informed 8.30pm on the monday that a builder would be istalling a kitchen in flat above us for next two days,we wasn't informed he was staying in the flat,he kept us awake until 4.15am playing loud music then woke us up at 7.45am playing music, our stay was totally ruined,we were shattered, and the next two days was like living on a building site, hammering a drilling, host n stay apologised and offered a paultry 15% off next booking, after lots of emails back and forth and a couple of telephone conversations they have stopped communication all together, they dont care for their customers once they have their cash.the flat should never been let out knowing that building work was to be carried out two of the three days we were staying, down to greed i think.i will never use host an stay ever again..
