We had the pleasure of staying early September. We loved it! It is the perfect place to stay in Harrogate. Fantastic modern apartment with the most amazing roof terrace!! 10/10

Really poor hosts, communication is incredibly unhelpful. Charlie took great pleasure in frustrating me, intentionally misinterpreting anything that had the slightest hint of ambiguity. They also charged undisclosed fees on the deposit that is supposed to just cover accidental damage to cover the "processing cost" of returning my deposit even though there was absolutely no damage done and they confirmed they would return the "full deposit". Its been 7 weeks and I've still not been given my full refund even though they said it would be maximum 14 days.

Excellent house with large bedrooms. The garden is amazing and also secure for the dogs - and the grandkids loved the swing and the tree house. The location is beautiful and you can walk to one of the pubs or an excellent fish and chip shop.

Accommodation was outstanding - clean, spacious and well equipped. Only minutes from Whitby centre. Very quiet. Parking was tight but we parked on the street free. Would highly recommend.

The top floor apartment is lovely and quiet. As expected from other reviews it was a bit scrubby but clean enough for me. It’s a pity there is no outside. The neighborhood is really nice and near everything you like to visit in Whitby. There were a few things we were not so enthusiastic about. We received parking instructions for free parking but when we arrived we heard that we did not get the permit and we had to find affordable parking. Which we found 10 min walking distance. After we booked we received an email that we had to pay 25 pound waiver. Never heard of that on Air bnb before and you should at least inform guests before they book. 16:00 check in time and already 10:00 check out time is also not so guest friendly. Especially when cleaning (which you also have to pay) is not that thoroughly done. Contact and help was good on the phone though. If these things weren’t there the place would be easily a 4.5 stars. Nut now… only 3.5.

Brilliant little house for a Whitby stay. Close to the town centre (about 10 mins walk around the harbour). Chippy just next door, pub a few doors up. Great house - plenty of room to chill & enjoy. Clean & tidy. Well kept. Added bonus of free parking on a nearby driveway was excellent. Would recommend

The apartment was very clean and spacious but needed to be better checked over. There were light bulbs missing and various fittings on radiators and taps were loose. Simple checking and maintenance would have corrected these. There was also a disappointing 'small print' additional cost of £25 added to the quoted fee for a mandatory insurance fee for the items in the apartment. The only alternative being to pay a deposit, with undefined liabilty, and then a further £10 admin fee.

Fantastic AirBnB Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at this AirBnB! Beautiful and clean property. Only problem was I lost one of my belongings (my own fault) and the team have been attentive in helping me find the same. Again, the property was lovely, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend! 🌟

Just stayed for a week in a lovely qwirky well located cottage .... With views of Alnwick Castle from living room....entrance to Castle and Gardens 2 min walk right next door to famous Bottles Pub and you step into the centre of Alnwick from your front door.....beautiful beaches a short drive........highly recommended

I would give this 3.5 stars, there are a couple of things that let this beautifully decorated apartment down. It is in the beautiful village of Warkworth. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Lounge is stunning, dining area doubles as a very good work area. WiFi is excellent. Very clean. The mattress is very uncomfortable, old spring mattress it felt like your feet were higher than you, you sank into it so much. You are expected to clean everything for the cleaners and next guests yet they don't give you a dishcloth to wash up with .( silly but the shop in the village is not that well stocked) Not the accomodations fault ( well needs insulating better) upstairs guests snoring could be heard loud and clear in both bedrooms , meant not a very good night's sleep even with ear phones.

Great setup for a break, very clean and well decorated. Easy access, easy booking all round actually. Locked ourselves out but Host and Stay dealt with that very quickly and the Housekeeper popped round with the spare keys and let us back in. Could have been a minor disaster big shout out to the housekeeper for coming to the rescue!

Very neat. Very nice house with everything you need. Spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms each with a toilet and shower and bath. The area is also recommended. You can walk very nicely there. You have to take into account that you have to use the car to do your shopping.

Our host, Charlie, was very personable and responsive to any queries we had. Our flat in Liverpool was in a great location and very accommodating to our family of 4. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is perfect and the the apartment was more than big enough for 3 of us we had really good weekend and the apartment made life easy we could cook food and enjoy watching the euros with a few pre drinks cannot thank you enough
