We have just got home after staying here for 2 nights at a shepherd hut in wales, and my god, it was the most incredible time. We had booked stargazing, which wasn’t successful due to the weather, however coming back to this gem of a hut made it a better experience. It was unbelievably clean, which is a must for me, and it smelt beautiful in the hut! The area was peaceful with only 2 other huts by, but luckily we had the place to ourselves. The attention to detail didn’t go missed, underfloor heating, bath salts, the local butchers sausages, bacon, butter and milk to the body care and hand wash everything was perfect and the cheeky bottle of Prosecco. The bath tub was the cherry on top, after a full days hiking around waterfalls it was our saviour, a bit of calm and tranquility whilst looking over the Welsh countryside, bliss. The his and hers shower in the stunning bathroom was incredible. We will 1000% book again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely stay at Oasis Cottage over the Easter weekend. Busy weekend with the scooter rally but despite this and the close location to the town, it was really quiet. Very clean, all amenities provided. Just be aware that the streets leading to the cottage are narrow and if you have a big car, you’ll need to take your time to park at the property. Once parked though, it’s great to have a parking space at the cottage - we would definitely book again.

Had a fabulous long weekend at Paradise Cottage. Superbly located in the centre of Whitby, with the bonus of a parking space. The Cottage is very nicely furnished, spotless with everything you need, couldn't fault it. When we return to Whitby will definitely book Paradise Cottage.

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and great location. Well equipped. Small garden not great for sitting in, but was great for dog and totally enclosed with separate entrance to house in case of muddy paws. Washer but limited drying facilities. Very comfy beds and sofas. Would benefit from a few more kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper. Would highly recommend for couple / families.

On behalf of Eurotank, we had our engineers stay at this property for a week, its a beautifully presented property built amongst fantastic surroundings which make this gorgeous home feel so peaceful and private. The property itself is decorated to a high standard, with comfortable furniture and high spec amenities. Charlie was a fantastic host throughout and was extremely responsive/ helpful. Regrettably we only booked the 1 week before it was all booked out, I was extremely jealous booking this property for the guys and not being able to stay there myself! The house is big, well equipped and in a great spot, plus there is parking. However we were very disappointed that the house absolutely STINKS of dogs. We had to go out and buy air freshener, the stench was really overwhelming and disgusting. Also, it wasn’t the cleanest, there was dog hair everywhere as well as long hairs in the bathrooms. Finally the beds are really uncomfortable, they need upgrading with better mattresses. I could put up with the beds and human hairs, but the dog smell was foul.

Lovely little place. Had everything needed and appreciated provision of basics like tea/coffee and toiletries. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A little extra detail about how to find it would have been welcome - we had address in Maps but it is hidden behind a door to an alleyway - directions should simply say "black door off Horse Market next to Star Flowers florist" and we'd have found it a whole lot quicker! No hesitation recommending to others.

Good location with excellent access to the centre and transport links - train and bus. However, when booking, make sure that the windows are not facing Fleet Street - there is a nightclub right below the windows and the noise from it is "crazy". Communication with the accommodation representative was quick and smooth. Always everything sorted out to our satisfaction

We stayed at The Salt Nook in Whitby for 8 nights. It was everything we wanted and in a great location. I absolutely LOVE the decor! The only thing I think could be improved is more cleaning supplies provided, i.e cloth and spray, more kitchen roll etc. We ended up buying our own cleaning spray. Also the mattress is very loud!

First time I have used Host & Stay for a booking and was a little aprehensive after reading negative reports from people who nit pick everything. I found all of my emails were replied to promptly and the guest guide for the accomodation was very well put together with clear instructions on how to find and access it along with a guide places to vist and things to do along with some parking permits. now that I have used them I will not have any issues using them in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat, it is very centrally located in Liverpool city Centre so great location, very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, very safe. Lovely beds, very comfortable! The only problem is actually trying to find it is a bit tricky the directions to find the outer locked gate that leads to the flats could be a bit clearer.

House was just a described. Clean, kitchen had plenty of dishes, plenty of linens comfortable beds and great location. Host & stay was easy to work with and quick to answer questions. Wish we'd stayed a little longer.

Ocean Pearl was a very well appointed apartment just off the main street in Seahouses. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes only a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of walks along the Northumberland coast, again from the door. Situated on the ground floor with allocated parking which was very convenient. The apartment was tastefully decorated,and immaculately presented with modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. Perfect for a couple to enjoy a relaxing break
