We had a brilliant stay at flat 7 on Unthank terrace. It was absolutely gorgeous and cosy, well equipped and so well located! We broke a glass and it was not a problem at all. Our flight was cancelled, so we had to extend our stay one extra night and they were very helpful with booking another night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Great stay at this AirBnB. The location is fantastic, Kemptown is on your doorstep and its about a ten minute walk to the centre of brighton. The place was smart and clean and everything worked. As its in a Mews there is no through traffic so it was really quiet at night. Car parking was a godsend. Will be returning, I am sure.

Lovely apartment but very poor management. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk provided which is standard in most rental accommodation. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. We booked through Airbnb initially for 2 nights, the owners offered us an extra night at a slightly reduced rate if we booked directly with them. We took this offer up and paid directly. While we were there we had a family emergency and told Host and Stay on the second evening that we would be leaving first thing the next day and not staying for the 3rd night. We were told we could not have a refund because the host didn't know and didn't turn the heating off. They told us to claim through our travel insurance after several attempts at communicating with them directly, via Airbnb and eventually via phone calls. We have email evidence of telling them we had to leave and their response. The overall experience dealing with Host & Stay was poor, they're only interested in taking money from you and giving the bare minimum in return.

My stay at 63a Shanklin Road - Leila’s place managed by airhost for you. When entering into the property there was an awful strong smell of damp and as I walked round I saw black mould, rust and paint coming of the walls. I understand that some areas are affected by mould however at least someone needed to go in and open the windows and put the heating on to dry it out before having anyone stay. It’s especially unacceptable when you have a child. Couldn’t even cook in the place because every dish smelt of mould so it became very expensive buying takeouts and even the tumble dryer smelt of mould which is probably down to the fact you can’t empty the water filter. The place was far from clean. The deep clean they refer to is basically a surface clean. I couldn’t even unpack and pulling out a table there was dust all on the underneath and legs, plants were dying and when my toddler dropped his toy down the sides of the sofa I was greeted to dust and bits of food. As soon as I arrived I contacted the agency. They did pop round and said after we’d both taken photos they’d contact the cleaners and send someone over to do a proper clean. They also told me they’d contacted the owner multiple times on other issues so I’m not the only one to point out this run down property. They offered me a eco cabin which is basically a shed with one space I said this wasn’t appropriate for me and two children they said they didn’t know I had children as the original booking was just for one adult I’m unsure where that got that from as I had rented a 2 bedroom flat from them…. In the evening after being out for the day I realised we had no hot water or heating so again had to contact the agency. With no response I sent a email saying I would like a full refund which seemed to prompt them in sending someone out within half hour to sort the heating. I then followed my previous email up asking when a cleaner would be round however heard nothing. On the day of departure, I got an email from host and stay at 9:54am saying check out was at 10am when on my original guide email from air host for you, they said check out was 11am I don’t know anyone that is able to get themselves and two children out in 6 minutes, they said it’s to bad that’s the check out time. In conclusion I am extremely disappointed in this stay. It’s not right taking money of people when you’re basically being tricked into staying in a supposedly lovely Airbnb because the photos don’t show what dirt lurks behind a picture. Personally I wont be staying in an air host/host and stay property because it doesn’t become a break let alone a holiday when your having to chase up the basics. When complaining via phone call I was told I would be contacted and a week later I heard nothing so contacted again they said again they would get back to me, 3 weeks later, I called again they sent me a complaint form and then came back and said they will not deal with anything unless it’s 5 days since I left property after that time there is no resolution, when telling them I had been in touch during my stay and twice after they ignored me.

The penthouse was amazing. Super spacious and well accommodated for big groups. A good social area and kitchen space. The rooms all had their own bathrooms which was very handy. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the main streets for cafes and nightlife. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Liverpool.

Beautiful apartment right in centre of Alnwick (can see castle walls from the bedroom). Very easy to check in. Very prompt communication from the host. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. All in all a perfect base for a stay in Alnwick.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, very well thought out, everything you could possibly need for a minibreak and longer holidays. The property was clean, comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches, that made our stay exceptional. We loved the place so much, we decided to stay in both nights, rather than go out for food, because it was such a lovely place to relax. We will definitely stay again and will be reccomending to family and friends.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED - PLEASE AVOID! This company cancelled our reservation via Airbnb, then called and offered our booking at a higher price. When my elderly mother wouldn’t agree to re-booking the woman on the phone was rude and very pushy. Please be careful.

Fabulous house, right in the centre of town. Beautifully appointed and the best equipped kitchen we have seen. Easy free parking nearby. Superb location for a holiday. Would definitely book again.

Appalling service as an owner since their acquisition. No bookings, lots of hassle and a complete lack of responses despite their reassurances that nothing would change. Steer clear - they don’t know what they are doing.

Positives: Wonderful holiday home for 4 persons (we were 2 adults, 2 kids (14 & 11), well equiped, all kitchen appliances available, modern interior, very clean, comfi beds, good wifi, secured gates to the holiday homes, nice sundeck adjecent to the living room. We used the house as a starting point to explore the magnificent Yorkshire coast and the inland. So we were mainly in the house in the morning and evening. Hotel/Pub is nearby for having a drink/dinner. Runswick Bay can be walked easily or reached by car. Whitby at 20 minutes by car. Downside: the holiday homes are quite near to each other so there isn't any garden for smaller kids (-10 or so) to play in. In our case that wasn't an issue. All in all we enjoyed the house very much!
